Replacement Battery for BOBSWEEP Bob Standard and Bob PetHair Robotic Vacuum Cleaner

The battery came with the correct connector for the Bobsweep Pethair vacuum. Also, the battery size is slightly smaller than the OEM unit so there was no problem with installation. After a few hours of charging it to full charge, the vacuum runs for a at least 10 minutes longer than when the OEM battery was new. Run time with the new battery is more than 1 hour. No comment on Metapo battery capacity life since the it has only been in operation for about 6 weeks (while being used 3x per week, deep cleaning mode). The battery is relatively expensive, but I think if it maintains at least 80% of its rated capacity for 3-4 years, then it is worth the cost.

I ordered this replacement when my original battery suddenly stopped charging. This is a good replacement battery for the Bobsweep, but that's mostly because it's literally the only replacement available (at least for my model). It's higher capacity than stock (which is great), but it's also rather overpriced. I can even order the OEM replacement from Bobsweep for significantly less. I just needed it Amazon fast, and liked that it was a higher capacity. I was surprised that it arrived completely discharged (most batteries I receive have at least some charge), but it charged up fine and lasts a lot longer than the OEM battery does. Overall, I'm still happy with it, rate it 5 stars, but I just don't like overpaying for things.

So far so good. Now if others in the house could possibly empty and maintain Bob. Then we would have a true test of the new battery. Otherwise bob is back to sucking up dust and dog hair like a champ. For the cost, next time ill make my own battery pack. But I have the knowledge how... I was just lazy when I ordered this.

I bought this even though the voltage on the battery is not what the Bobsweep website says their battery voltage is. While changing the battery I checked the voltage coming from the Bobsweep charger and it's about 16.5 volts so the 14.8 volt battery sold here is CORRECT. Prior to changing the battery my Bobsweep would only run about 15 minutes before the brush stopped spinning and the Dock light would come on. I replaced the battery and let it charge overnight. This morning the unit ran for nearly an hour before the brush stopped spinning and the Dock light came on. Definitely a solid improvement.

This battery has a MUCH shorter length of attachment wire & connection than original one. Made it hard to put in, but I finally got it. Price isn't a deal either.

Perfect replacement for original battery. Plug in matches and same size as original. Mine was three years old and only kept a charge for a few minutes of cleaning. New one runs until it cleans the room it is in and still has plenty of charge left.

Seemed to hold a charge well, and fit in the Bobsweep just fine. Was very tight in the plastic container for the battery though, and I didn't want to risk breaking the cable. All that being said I couldn't really test it because my Bobsweep did not run. I don't think it was a battery problem, but had to return it as it wasn't helping me.

This battery is a little expensive but know that you’re getting about twice the sweeping time that you have with the one that comes with your sweeper it’s very long life
