TOZO NC7 2020 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds in-Ear Detection Headphones IPX6 Waterproof Bluetooth 5.0 Stereo Earphones Immersive Sound Premium Deep Bass Headset

I bought these earbuds last year when I got a new phone that no longer had a headphone jack. I use them for listening to music only, so I can't comment on the microphone. I am no audiophile but they sound good to me. Just now, I forgot to take them out of my pants pocket and accidentally ran them through my front-load high-efficiency washing machine. The earbuds were inside their case. Caught it before I put them in the dryer. Fearing the worst, I opened they case, the lights came on, and they instantly reconnected to my phone. They still play just as good as before washing them. The transparent mode does sound a little staticy, but I suspect there might be water in the microphone. They were fully charged when I accidentally washed them. After playing music for an hour, I tried charging again, and both the wireless and USB-C charging worked normally. Overall, I'm sure it's not good for them and probably took some of their lifespan off, but I am impressed by their durability.

I absolutely love these earbuds. Battery life is great, you can use either the right, left or both, sound is great, noise canceling on point. My only complaint is whatever adhesive they use to keep the teeny tiny magnets in place is not very good. Yeah, you can attempt to super glue them back in but if you're anything like me, you'll forget about the magnets polarity and glue it back incorrectly. I'm on my second pair, completely ruined my other ones trying to glue the magnet in. Magnet came out of this set, was able to successfully glue it back in, the wrong way, twice. I rarely used the left one anyway, but now it won't stay in the case cause I glued it back with the polarity wrong. I'll probably order a third pair cause it's annoying with the left bud wanting to jump out of the case when opened.

Pros: nice packing, great sound (enough bass but not for bassheads), ANC works well, Transparency is okay, also includes anc/transparency off option, pairs easily and quickly, good range, case is small, charges quickly, good battery life, wirerless charging, and great customer service all at a great priceCons: quality control could be an issue. Had problems with right earbud playing extremely low. Tozo customer support was very helpful and prompt, ended up sending me a free replacement. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. A lot of eartips included but I did end up replacing mine with spinfits as none of them seemed to work in my right ear (may not be an issue for everyone.All in all a great product at a great price with awesome customer service

PROS:- Decent (but not good) noise cancellation and transparency- Good fit in the ear- Battery is decent (but not good)- Decent (but not good) volume and sound- USB-C- Case can charge them a couple times before needing to be plugged inCONS:- Really slippery and tough to pluck out of the case- Case /barely/ opens to 90 degrees, so it often shuts on itself before I can grab anything- Multifunction buttons are pressed every time you try to get them out of the case- No volume or mic muteReason I gave this a 1-star vs a 3-star is that the magnet that holds the earbuds in the case came out of the earbuds within a few days. I had to scrape it out of the case and delicately superglue it back into the earbud. That on top of all the other minor annoyances of this product means I can't really recommend it.

Bottom line: These earbuds sound great, but the touch controls frequently stop working, because of that I'll probably find different earbuds.Sound Quality: ★★★★★ (5)These sound great, they have excellent highs and lows that give a full range of sound. I have owned a few sets of headphones over the years and these rank high in all the sets I've owned.Noise Cancelling: ★★★ (3)These do cancel noise, but it seems to be mostly low range sounds. They work very well to block out sound while on a flight with the dull low roar of the jet engines. When I wear them while mowing, the lower engine noises are blocked pretty well, but the higher range mechanical rattles still come through without much blocking. Wind also strongly affects the noise cancelling, any gust or breeze past them causes a loud scratching sound. I can't use noise cancelling while running because the slight breeze causes a lot of noise in the sound.Battery Life: ★★★★★ (5)Tozo advertises 8 hours of use on these and they deliver. I've used them for multiple flights while using the sound cancelling and they have yet to run out of battery before I'm done using them. With the case being able to charge them multiple times, I frequently go a long time before needing to put them on a charger. Wireless charging is a huge benefit as well, I set them on a wireless charger and they are full in about 1.5 hours.Fit & Feel: ★★★★ (4)These are very comfortable, and I like their small profile. They come with six different ear cup options, which is way more than other brands, and there will be one that fits everybody. I have worn them for over six hours before and did not have any discomfort. They also stay in while exercising, I have used them while weightlifting and running and they have never fallen out. The case is also small and smooth which fits in a pocket or bag easily. My only complaint about their feel is they can be very slippery and they have slipped out of my fingers and hit the ground a few times. Also the shape and slipperiness of them can make them difficult to take out of the case.Call Quality: ★★ (2)One of the main reasons for getting these was for work calls. I am on calls for work daily on my computer and phone. If I'm in a quiet area they work great, however, they pick up ALL background noise. Even in areas with mild background noise, people have complained about the noise on my end. I've had to stop using them for calls when I'm not in a very quiet area.Controls: ★ (1)The controls are where these headphones really suffer. Every time I have used them, one side stops responding to touch controls. This caused such a problem that I reached out to the seller, they sent me a few things to try that did not resolve the problem, and finally sent me a new pair...the new pair has the same problem but on the other side. The left control of the first pair stopped working, preventing control of noise cancelling and volume down, the second pair stops working on the right preventing control of pause or volume up. Because I frequently do things where I can't reach my phone I rely on the touch controls, and when they stop working it becomes very cumbersome.Customer Service: ★★★★★ (5+)Customer service is excellent and the seller is VERY helpful. They replied to every message within hours, and quickly sent out a replacement pair when I had trouble with the first one. The replacement pair showed up within a couple days. They were extremely friendly and understanding!Other Featuress: ★★★★ (4)I really like that these will pause audio when pulling one out of your ear, it is very helpful for short random conversations and hearing announcements on flights. The problem though is when running, sweat will sometimes cause them to pause as though they are removed, which gets very annoying when it happens a lot.They DO work with Windows 11. I have a set of Tozo T12 earbuds that work great except that they do not connect to my Windows 11 laptop. Sometimes audio will get glitchy and choppy when in conference calls and video meetings, but this can be solved by using only one earbud instead of both.

Eventually the base would not fully charge though it claimed to be fully charged when connected to a charger. Contacted Tozo support and after a few troubleshooting steps they dispatched a new one. Fits well both in my ears and pocket. It has served me well otherwise, including during sports as well as conference calls.

I needed some new "buds" and was a bit wary of the all the different options out there from brands that I may have not been familiar with.My friend suggested that I try out Tozo as he's had good experience with them - and I have to say he was right.The come in a nicely packaged box - was going to criticise it for not coming with a charging cable and then I realised it was me not looking properly. Under the spare rubbery things (don't know what they are called) the cable is there in a box (see pictures)Size/comfortThe case which also charges the buds is nice and small and very portable. Has a nice resounding click/clunk when it closesThe buds themselves - wide selection of rubber things to get the right fit - takes a little bit of time to find the one that is right for you and some trial and error - but worth perservering as once you get the right fit - happy days!FunctionsI'd previously read criticisms of this so wasn't expecting much - was pleasantly surprised - they seem to all work well - i jsut need to remember themInstructionsFor me - it was a nice surprise to have instructions included in the pack - especially while I'm trying to rememeber the different touch featuresSound qualityFor me the most important bit. However, I realised that I didn't have a great fit (they kept falling out when I was gardening!) as mentioned above - worth getting a good fit - as then was much happier with it - cutting the grass, listening to my audiobooks with no problems at allOverall I'm impressed - bang for buck would definitely consider them againOnly real negative is the faff of getting them to fit to nicely into ears but that's the same with any buds - and is well worth the effort of finding a good fit

Ottime, rapporto qualita prezzo imbattibile, arrivano con un packaging curato e molte misure tra le quali scegliere. Riguardo all'ascolto di musica, per le mie esigenze vanno più che bene. Le uso per fare attivita sportiva e sono perfette, stanno ferme ed hanno i controlli touch che sono comodissimi.Inoltre avendo già acquistato prodotti di questo brand in passato, dalla esperienza che ho avuto l'assistenza clienti è ottima e questo per me è un plus non da poco.
