Works well. The taste is not great. To help with that I’ve been adding a bit of creamer to my coffee. My nails have never been so strong. I’ve noticed that I have new hair growing as well.

Decided to try this collagen simply because it was cheaper than the one I have been using. To my surprise, I am really seeing a big difference in my body with this. I am familiar with Dr. Axe, so I knew I couldn't go wrong but this was a great surprise. It has really worked. My fingernails are growing like crazy, and my skin is so soft. I know it takes a while to see in the hair, so I take everyday in coffee and hoping for same results for my hair. Same with hubby, as he mentioned it to me too, that he noticed a big difference. It's a keeper for us.

As we age our skin loses it's ability in production of collagen. I read great things about this and switched from a more popular brand, to give it a try.For me,the proof it it's not getting worse.. if i can just maintain where I'm at, that's good enough for me!

This collagen powder said that it's unflavored, it has a flavor. It taste awful. I've tried a few different recipes & so far, I'm not loving it. I'm hoping that I can find something to hide the taste. Bad news is that I read most collagens have a bad or distinctive taste. I will update my review when I find something good to mix it with. It seems to be a great value.
