A1 puppy spy cam
The camera came as described and it was fairly easy to set up and works pretty great. The picture is clear and I love the fact that I'm able to speak through it from my phone..I was able to bust my dog trying to steal bread off the counter and tell him to drop it which is awesome. The app can be a little sketchy at times but that's only because there's really no clear directions on how to use each function. The only con I can think of is that during playback the audio comes a little delayed but it's not that big of a deal. You can't beat it for the price!! We got this mostly to spy on our dogs and see what they get up to while we're gone and we weren't disappointed. I'll include a picture of the perpetrator for reference.

Great Puppy Cam!
This camera is awesome! I got it to use as a puppy cam to keep an eye on my puppy while I wasn't home. It was a little hard to setup but it turns out it was just because I read the directions wrong. Once I got it set up though it was great. The picture is crystal clear, sound is good and the price is great! I definitely would recommend this. After my puppy is grown, I plan to use it as a security camera for my home. Very happy with this!

Issues with connectivity and the device mysteriously re-pointing itself. Video is marginal quality.
Few issues:- Can't always connect to it externally. I suspect sometimes it is due to low bandwidth, but other times bandwidth is fine and the device just loses it's "mind".- Occasionally the device ends up pointing itself at the ceiling - even though there has been no user access.- Motion detection sensitivity needs to be a lot better. It's so sensitive that this cannot be used anywhere there is a chance a moth or fly would be.Update - died completely after 4 months. No power to the unit.Bought two cameras. Both died. Contacted the company - and someone (seems like a one-guy operation) said send them back - to a PO box/residence somewhere. Sent the cameras, and that the last I saw or heard from them. I am amazed this company is still in business, and even more surprised the all- awesome Amazon allows them on their site. STAY AWAY FROM INCLIICK !!!!(Replaced them with ZModo cameras - five in total now - and all have been going strong for a year now. Even the ones outside under full elements).

It's nice for a couple of months
I should have read the reviews before buying. It's nice for a couple of months, but then it dies. I hadn't used it for a while and then turned it on a couple days ago. It worked for a day and then just stopped working. I tried a different power cable, a different outlet, and I tried resetting it with a paper clip. Nothing. Also it's true that people can hack into it. There were several occasions it would move on its own. For my own safety, I had to unplug it when I wasn't using it. I'm not going to bother contacting the company because it seems that no one else had any luck contacting them, so I won't waste my time. If they wish to respond because of this negative review, that's their decision. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on something with a warranty and better security.

Stopped working within a month; no solution!
This was not easy to set up. I had to call for tech support but finally got it working. It worked for a month (maybe 2 at most) and stopped working. The camera wouldn't communicate with the app so it was rendered useless. I called for tech support and apparently it was a common problem. InCliick had me ship the camera back (a cost of $9.75); he told me if I emailed a picture of the shipping receipt he would ship out a new camera replacement. Two days later, he sent a link asking if I would be willing to accept this solution. That link no longer works (this was a year ago), but if memory serves, his solution was to only refund a percentage of my money (roughly 50%) or wait 3+ months for cameras to ship from China while they worked out the app software bugs. I had a naughty puppy now, so that was not an acceptable time frame. I had a purchased a 4 year warranty (which I never do), and felt I should be refunded the full amount. I told him I was upset he had me spend $10 to ship it back if he wasn't going to be able to help me and now I am out that money. He decided to ship me back the same non-working camera and I never received a response telling them both solutions were unsatisfactory... I have been out $65 for over a year. On a whim, I decided to express my dismay with Amazon today and they put me in contact with the warranty company. They agreed to refund my money for the camera. Silly me didn't think to go that route! Regarding the product: it was difficult to set up, temperamental in communicating with the app, required regular reboots, and only worked for a month or two. I can not recommend supporting this manufacturer in any way shape or form! I have had an aobo wifi cam for over a year and it was easy to set up, predictable, has a decent picture, good panning options, and enables me to spy on my juvenile delinquent pup. Save yourself a headache and go that route.

Hacked nanny cam
I bought this to check in on my one-year-old lab that has separation anxiety when we leave and while it's great for that, it has been hacked into and someone has been watching us. We noticed that the camera would move on its own and just now when I went to check on my dog, it had been renamed to a very disgusting, vulgar word. We thought we had it password protected but that obviously did nothing. Do not buy this camera!!!!
