This cover works really well and it is solid The problem is I live in Florida and honestly you'll only get a maximum of two years with this cover before the sun eats it apart that being said this is like the fourth one I've bought because nothing else I found holds up either and these things actually last the longest so do with this information what you will.

I bought an advertised 12 x 7 x 7 replacement cover in August of 2017 to replace my existing cover for the coming winter. This was the only size replacement cover offered, so I know this was not a mistake on my part. I only use my greenhouse for winter and reconstruct the frame each Fall for use during Winter. I have contructed my greenhouse for the last four years, so I also know how a cover is supposed to fit.On product arrival in August, I opened the bag and checked the material, but did not pull the cover out to check dimensions. It should be safe to assume that 12'x7'x7' means the product is at least close to these dimensions. Since my frame was not available to check the dimensions of the cover in August, it was only a few days ago that I discovered the product is not even close to the advertised dimensions.I pulled the cover out of the shipping bag, reconstructed the frame and began installing the cover. I found the product is not what was advertised. First, the cover is about two feet short of being the advertised 12 feet in length. It definitely does not fit a 12 foot greenhouse. Second, their are rivets missing in the plastic, even though holes were punched through the plastic to receive rivets. I assume the company does not see a problem with a greenhouse leaking warm heated air through holes in the plastic. Third, the ventilation flaps only have small pieces of velcro at the very ends of the flaps. This leaves a lot of gaps for the flaps to leak more cold air into the greenhouse. In my opinon, don't buy this company's products!

Wish I could find the frame ... but even without it, this has saved my wife's outdoor plants this winter!

I like the greenhouse gardening. I need another frame only. The first 90 mile an hour wind took my greenhouse down in a second!

Do NOT waste your money on this replacement cover. We bought ours in late February 2019. it is 4-1/2 months old. Ours is falling apart. This is the second one we bought and the first one lasted about 4 months. We decided to try again as you can get a lemon on anything. The stitching on the seams on the door and along the zipper are falling apart. Also along other seams. Even worse, the little clear plastic squares on the entire cover are falling apart. Our greenhouse floor is covered in them and, of course, rain pours in. These are the exact same problems we had with the first one. Obviously, they did not add UV protection to the replacement t covers. We had no problems with the original cover that came with the frame. It lasted 2 years and only replaced because of 80 mph Texas storm. This product is worthless.

We are very happy with the product. It's now our citrus Room/Winter herb garden. We all fall like to sit inside for happy hour! It's fun when it's cold in windy outside. We added some solar lights and it's clear enough that the battery charge.

Very good product, fits like a glove. The Phoenix Arizona weather does do a number on it; the sun, wind and occasional rain storms.

Not clear from the post if this contains all the framing items in the photo or if it's just a free form canopy. Sent it back, rather than open it and be disappointed.
