PuraFlame 36" Vivian Wall Mounted Curved Panel Electric Fireplace with Remote Control, 1500W, Black

Love this wall mounted fireplace. I did a lot of research before purchasing this item and found it to have many features that others did not and at a very reasonable price. I like the 3 different colors I can choose from that provide a backdrop that inhances the fireplace (and you can use it without the backdrop colors). The curved glass really adds a touch of class rather than the totally flat fireplace look. The fire also looks very authentic. Not tacky like some fireplaces. Again, 3 choices of flame. Customer service is supberb. This fireplace has it all. Value priced, great look, many features (others don't have at a higher price) and great customer service. Did I mention......it's easy to install. My husband hates home projects but had this up and working without having a meltdown! Only thing he would suggest would be to get better anchors. Other than that............you will love it.

It was easy to hang, once we figured out where we wanted it. The 'curved glass' part takes a lot of room, but it looks so fantastic when it's going. We prefer the middle flame setting and I am not a fan of the side lights. I turned the heat on once, didn't seem to do a lot, but then we have this in our Great Room and that would be a lot of space for any heater to do. What we wanted was the ambiance, and we got it in spades.

I am quite imprsssed by this heater. I wanted something to fill in an odd space in my master bedroom. I already have a wall fan heater which makes a bit of noise. It fairly easy to install, however I decided to plug it in and test it before mounting it. Good thing. I noticed the logs to the right were dark. Turns out two of the LEDs were out. I took a photo and sent it to customer service. They were very quick to reply and told me the LED board needed replacing. They would send me a replacement and email instructions. They sent two replacements very quickly but the instructions were for the side LEDs. Nevertheless it was quite easy to replace. The effect is quite realistic. I like the fact it has a thermostat, though it can't be adjusted from the remote. It's the only one in this catagory. It would be nice if the logs glowed and if it had a timer, but other than that it's great.

We like this, flame is nice, kids like the back light, not too noisy, just fan noise when running heater, maybe have to turn TV up a notch on volume is all. Ordered because our TV is over our mantel, didn’t want heat going up, the heat exits out bottom, a little to the left side of unit.

Easy to install. We put it in our basement family room that has cement walls. We cut a piece of 1 inch plywood mounting it to the wall, then used the mounting screws to the fireplace. Very pretty and keep in mind when mounting, the heat vent is under the unit. Heats a room 15x30 on high nicely.

love it, although it's obviously not real, it's very realistic. We bought a new home that didn't have a fire place or mantle so I built one and hung this on the wall where the firebox would have been. It gives me the feel without the mess and a place to hang my 65" flat screen!

I just move to new house and looking for a electric fireplace. Received ten days in advance! So surprise!! Easy to installed on wall and looks beautiful. The flames looks real and modern. The size is pretty good. It's not too larger or too small.
