Was recommended by a friend of mine, so far I've used it couple times and it made flawless rice like advertised. No complains so far looks really sleek for a rice cooker and has functions that I need. I like to have steel cut oats for breakfast and this little machine makes the perfect chewy oats in just 20 mins, I don’t ever have to stir it again it is really a time saver. Very convenient and easy to clean too, would recommend to anyone who wants to have healthy meals!

I replaced my Tiger 10 Cup with the Tenavo 3 cup now that there is only 1 to cook for.I could leave my Tiger on Keep Warm for 2 days and the rice was warm and good.I made 2 cups of rice and that almost filled the pot when done which was good.I left it on Keep Warm until the next morning and the rice was starting to dry out.From now on, I will only make 1 cup of rice and unplug it rather than leaving it on Keep Warm.

**DO NOT PURCHASE!!**I was very excited to purchase this rice cooker with multiple functions. It was the only decent ceramic coated rice cooker that I found within my budget. I had high hopes at first but was very disappointed in the product and customer service of the company.The design of this device mentioned it wouldn't overflow because of the valve. After the first cook of brown rice, it overflowed all over the place and made a mess. Since I've used older rice cookers that made a mess as well, I was initially fine with this. I then placed the inner pot in the dish washer and it still had a film once the cycle was done. So if you purchase this(which I do not recommend) you would have to do some extra scrubbing to get the inner pot really clean. Initially those issues were not a problem since the product worked well for the moment.What made me give this review was when I used this device for a 3rd time and it completely malfunctioned. I couldn't make a selection, was told to do a reset to it(I contacted Amazon support), and it still didn't work. After it was left plugged in for a bit, it started to constantly beep and I had to unplug it. Amazon customer service did their best to help but ultimately recommended I reach out to the Tenavo customer service to fix my issue. I reached out to them and was told that if they didn't get back to me within three business days I can contact Amazon customer service again and they would assist(Tenavo was obligated to reach out to me within three days as per Amazon customer service).Tenavo customer service did not reach out to me until 4 business days after my issue. I still had hope and wanted a replacement device. I have yet to hear back from them since December 15 2022. Since then I have contacted Amazon support and they issued me a refund. Do not purchase this product. Customer service will ignore you and you'll end up sending it back.

I've been wanting a nice rice cooker for a while and got this for Chinese New Year. I loved the look of it and size, too. It is a small cooker and good for a three/four person family. Definitely read the manual it comes with, as I found that helpful, telling you how much rice to water, quinoa to water, etc. I maybe added a bit too much water once, though, and the steam got a bit watery. The actual rice cooking part is super easy to clean and very non-stick. Would recommend this product, for sure.

Well worth the price. I decided to try on this one and haven't regretted it. The rice comes out amazing and can stay warm for hours without getting hard or gross. I am very into grains, so I was very excited about the steel-cut oats function, it works amazing turned out. It took me around 20 mins for 1 cup of uncooked steel-cut oats. The oats get perfect texture, very chewy and delicious. The inside pot is super easy to clean, you can also put it in the dishwasher. I don't think I care enough about rice to buy one of the $200 rice cookers, though we do eat rice 1-2 times a week at home. So this seemed like a good middle ground. I am glad that I bought it.

For the size it is a small rice cooker that has multiple function to cook other things as well. We took it with us to go camping and it was great ! Nice compact size, does the job. The pot inside is easy to clean and comes with the rice scooping spoon as well

Absolutely brilliant.Been using it for 2 months now almost everyday. Great for rice, bulgar wheat, quinoa & couscous.I find it takes a max amount of 250g rice. I multiple this by 1.2 of water. Works a charm. Super fluffy and perfectly cooked. Takes about 15/20minsI’ve tried 300g of rice and while it cooks it, it tends to catch at the bottom & slightly discolour. Almost like it’s starting to burn. So I dropped the quantity.It does take 300g bulgar wheat though. I use a ratio of x 1.3 water for this. Cooks it better than in a pot.The touch screen functionality is very simple & easy to use.Great little unit. Simple to clean, nice looking and lives happily on the counter.

Cuiseur très joli et assez compact. En tout cas plus petit que les modèles habituels avec couvercle en verre par exemple. La cuisson du riz est exactement ce qu'on attend de lui. L'évacuation de la vapeur, la gestion de la condensation, je n'ai rien a redire, tout fonctionne bien. Les commandes sont simples et de tout façon le manuel est en français. Aucun soucis de ce côté là. La capacité de cuisson est sous évaluée. Habituellement il sert a faire du riz pour deux personnes pour deux repas. (1 verre doseur +3/4). Occasionnellement nous avons fait du riz pour 8 personnes dont deux enfants (4 verres doseurs) sans soucis. Ça me paraît la capacité maximum de l'autocuiseur. Je remarque aussi qu'il cuit presque 2 minutes plus vite que mon ancien appareil. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat et je recommande ce produit

Ich habe den Reiskocher schon viele Male benutzt und bin sehr zufrieden. Reis Kochen wird super einfach. Einfach Reis und Wasser rein und nach 20 Minuten bekommt man leckeren Reis. In dem Topf gibt es Markierungen für die richtige Wassermenge welche sehr gut passen. Wir haben damit verschiedene Reissorten, u.a. Jasmin Reis, Sushi Reis, Long Korn Reis, gekocht. Alle schmecken gut.Die Größe passt uns zu zweit auch sehr gut. Es ist auch gut geeignet für eine kleine Familie. Es braucht wenig Platz in der Küche.Außerdem ist die Gestaltung des Reiskochers sehr schick!
