My daughter had a hard year she graduated from college in May but because of Covid there was no ceremony. I want to get her a graduation ornament for Christmas so she’d have something to remember her graduation by. Which when I ordered it instead of putting ISU I put UsI. It was definitely my mistake because I checked the order and it was my fault. I contacted the owner and asked if I could return it and either get a new one or have them redo it. I was amazed to find in my mail a couple of days later a whole new ornament sent to me free. Needless to say I give this company five stars thank you so much. By The way the ornament is adorable and looks exactly like the picture .

This was purchased for my daughter who had graduated from college just a couple of weeks prior to Christmas. The ornament was so adorable! It was delivered fast and packaged in a very thoughtful way-so it would not arrive damaged. My daughter loved it! I buy ornaments every year for my kids, no matter how old they get! This ornament is absolutely beautiful. Great quality and a great size. I bought it for my daughter who graduated from collect last fall 2020. She loves it! Also loved the personalization, which came out really nice. Honestly, the quality was superior to other ornaments I have bought, which were twice the price, so it's a really great value as well.
