Avid Reader
I enjoyed Felicia and Victor's story. It's the first time I rated a book 5 stars in a very long time. I loved Felicia and Victors character. They were both very strong and I am so glad that she got her HEA. The story was just long enough to keep it interesting. It was clean with absolutely no sex or swear words. Would recommend to all ages.

Sweet book
Sweet and light reading with humor and just the right amount of romance. A good book for a summer afternoon of reading.

Lovely story!
I very much enjoyed this sweet little romance! The characters are so endearing that I quickly fell in love with them. My only complaint is that the book was much too short. I would have happily read many, many more chapters in this sweet story. I am hoping that there will be a sequel so that their stories will continue.

Sweet
This sweet and completely clean love story reminded me slightly of Jane Eyre. The young girl was lively. If you're interested in a sweet and innocent romancethen you'll love this.

She is more than a governess
A delightful story of how an orphan wins over a spoiled daughter while working as her governess. She is able to work her magic on the daughter and her father.

SPOILERS BELOW:
The confession…. Like, why? What was the reason? That confession was quite a let down. Victor was right abt it being the least romantic confession i have encountered, watched, or read. The only emotion I felt at his outburst in the carriage and at the final conversation with her is disappointment. “I have no wish to extricate myself from the situation. While it is, no doubt, the least romantic proposal in history, I stand by my words. You are the next Countess of Standish.”I still can’t believe this is how that confession happened.A huge good point is the lack of steamy sex, which was a nice change. That alone was worth a 3 stars.

Predictable
The Governess"s Debut, Ladies of Mayfair is a cute but predictable, G rated book. There is not even a kiss.

Slight but eminently readable
Needs proof-reading, though. Trees have boughs, not bows. And, a particular quirk of mine, one finds confectionery in a confectionary. Still enjoyed it, despite my proof-reader's eye.

Good....beginning....but rushed ending...
Story was beautiful in starting.....like how kind ...nice...governess comes...n brings...new light/joy ....in household....but ...I think....last bit was too rushed in ending....would have love to read more about them....

Meh
Short well written but the ending needs work, it simply dropped off in the end without really a satisfying conclusion

Satisfactory
It’s a well used storyline of the lady down on her luck who becomes a governess to the child of a lord who subsequently falls in love with her. It was entertaining and passes the time. Lord knows, we’ve got lots of it!
