These are crazy sharp. After getting the Gladiator-series knife block, I felt like I needed to add this cheese set for my wife. She cuts parmesan all the time and struggles. Not any more, that mini cleaver cuts through hard cheese like it's butter. The Shadow Black series looks so cool, but beyond looks, they're sharp, lightweight, the handle is no slip and they just feel amazing in your hands. I grabbed them on sale for $99 and they are worth every single cent. Amazing knife set.

Got nerve damage in my right hand a little while ago which makes it difficult for me to hod onto things easy, I have had no problems with these knives passed my expectations

When I saw this knife set I was pretty amazed over the design, it's like something out of star trek but actually designed based on a fighter jet. So my response was pretty instantaneous in ordering the set.Upon arrival the set was kinda in disarray when I opened the box, but I sorted through the box and everything was there. My eye actually went first to the G10 handles which have a really unique design and I can see how it's based on a stealth fighter jet. Next I took a look at the blade of the knives which were also strikingly interesting and stealthy in appearance due to the black titanium nitride coating and interesting shapes.Onto the actual test of the knives. First I always do a paper test and these sliced through paper fairly well. I wouldn't say they are nearly as sharp as some of my chef's knives but they are sharp and have a different purpose which is slicing through cheese. After testing the knives out on cheese, they worked fantastic for that purpose. They could work well for any other cutting needs if necessary, like cutting fruits and dried meats as-well. The knife handles are full sized and feel good in the hand. I'd say they are among the best knives out there for Charcuterie!Overall great knife set that I'll be using regularly, but also pulling out for the guests for charcuterie. The set could make for a nice gift as-well. Dalstrong seems to be a very innovative company, they make unique knives with amazing designs and also some really nice cookware. I'm rather impressed and I look forward to seeing and trying more products from this brand.

We like Dalstrong knives. We have another knife in the Shadow Black Series - super sharp, slices and cuts anything extremely well. So we jumped at the chance to order this 4 piece Chees Knife Set. Unfortunately our first set arrived with bent ends on the forked cheese knife. We contacted the company and they quickly sent a replacement set - excellent customer service for sure!We make a lot of meat and cheese trays. These knives work so well for cheese, meats, even smaller fruits and veggies. Definitely an upgrade to our process. Plus I really like the Shadow Black look and quality. The handles are comfortable to hold and knives are sharp. They are packaged nicely and would make a great gift. Impressed with this set - excellent Quality and excellent customer service.

I got this set because it didn’t look like any other cheese set I’ve ever seen before. I also think my brother will probably want to leave with these once he sees them, they are just his style! Besides their handsome looks, they are crazy sharp and solid. They aren’t just looks, their the full package. They have good weight and thickness. I do wish the handles were a little wider and thicker for more control. But these are worth the money. Would make a great gift.

This cheese knife set is serious.I’m so not an expert here so take this for what’s it’s worth.It’s heavy duty - high end - four smaller ‘cheese knives’ with their own cases. You can def use these for more than cheese and I have and will!Comes boxed so nicely. Would make a great gift. I love these!!SO nice.
