It has a long cold water tubing which can be cut although it could be slightly longer. It also has the silicon tubing for hot drinking water. The hot lever has a safety feature that you press down to unlock to turn the hot water on. Best of all, the locking plate is designed for installation from the top of the counter. It can be folded to slip into the hole from the top; unfold and secure with 2 screws. There is no need to fight the cluster underneath the sink. Excellent product.

For what we needed (RO direct and through instant hot) this met the requirement. Install was easy but the hot water side dribbles after using. This goes on for a few minutes and then subsides. Returned for a second one but same issue. Took everything apart and inspected the ceramic fitting but everything looks OK. Sometimes if we turn the hot water on again for just a second and off it stops. Weird.

The faucet drips unless you are firm on the shut off motion. Also, we cannot have the water tank set to the highest temperature as this only makes the dripping worseThe appearance of the faucet is nice and it goes well with the renovated kitchen but the drip is annoying

Works great. Arrived before I expected it. Installation was a breeze. Only other thing I had to buy was a hole saw to cut a hole in the counter.
