perfect for a costume
I wish the hat was thicker however this is perfect for the price and for what I needed, a costume. The hat is for an adult and the fit is great for a man and may be a little loose on women depending on your head size. I actually liked it was a little loose. Perfect buy!

Authentic-looking
We were very pleased with the size, feel, and authentic look. The magnifying glass was real glass and had a nice weight to it. The hat was wearable (although we just used the items as decoration for our daughter’s Sherlock Holmes themed birthday party). We were thrilled and they definitely added a nice touch.
