My husband loves this!
We can now sit in the sunroom and slowly sip our morning coffee with no fear of the last sip being any cooler than the first! When not n use for coffee, it’s great for my large jar candles! It has a warm setting that is just perfect for emitting a nice fragrance and extending the lives of my most expensive candles. There is no rim on these warmers, so they can hold any size jar candle, even my largest three wick size. I LOVE IT!

Only used a few times but it was good a buy.
I wasnt a big coffee mug person because I rarely drank coffee. But when I started to actually drink more I decided to buy this to keep my coffee hot because I would get lost in work and when I went back it would be cold but with the warmer it kept my coffee at a good drink able tempature

Great little warmer
My husband loves this warmer! It won’t reheat a cool cup of coffee but it’ll keep a hot cup of coffee hot to the end. Would recommend

POTENTIALLY UNSAFE, UNIT STAYS ON WHEN TURNED OFF
I got a replacement and neither of them turn off once they are hot. You have to wait about 5 minutes, then turn it back on, then you can turn it off, and it will stop heating. If you insist on using this device, the method I recommend is letting it turn itself off by taking your drink off it. 5 minutes in standby and it will shut off. It has never failed to turn off using that method.I wanted to love this thing. It had all the safety features I wanted.Unfortunately, I noticed it does not always turn off. So I plugged it into a watt meter (Kill-a-Watt) to watch what it does.If it goes into sleep mode, like when you take your drink off it, that's it, it turns off the heat completely and waits for you to put your drink back down where it will start heating again. And in 5 minutes if you didn't put a drink on it, it turns off completely. But if you turn it off by tapping the off button when it's hot, it will instead switch to a low heat mode, about 6 watts of 20 (max power). It will stay heating indefinitely, constantly wasting energy for hours. I didn't see how many hours.I don't think it's hot enough to burn anything, maybe if something like toilet paper was on it and weighed down by something to where heat could not escape. It can be uncomfortably warm for my tough hands.I don't know how long it will stay on, my guess is 8 hours, or maybe forever. I waited over an hour before and although I had physically turned it off and it appeared to be off, it just stayed on heating; I watched it using the kill-a-watt meter. If you set a mug there after turning it off, the heat will be trapped and intensified to where it can get quite hot. So it is definitely a fire hazard in the right situation.I got this unit because it seemed to be the safest mug heater out there, I was impressed that the button to turn it on cannot be activated by objects, but requires human touch, or something like it.I was impressed by the 5 minute auto shut off and build quality overall. The feet are extremely grippy. It feels well-built.It's basically everything I wanted. If only it just worked. Now I have to send back both units and find something else.=======MY INITIAL IMPRESSIONS:OK, I just got this unit tonight and I have some important information -A note from the included instruction manual:"One-touch power button turns it on. When you put the mug on the warmer, it will work. When you lift the mug, it will go into sleep mode. The machine will turn off if you do not put the mug on it within 5 minutes during sleep mode. Second-touch, the power button for the blue light and third-touch to turn off the unit"I wanted to be sure that after I removed my mug after I finished drinking, that it would turn off soon. 5 minutes is great. I was worried it would stay in sleep mode for 8 hours, but not so. :D So that was the gamble I took when I purchased this unit.So this seems like it has the most safety features of any mug warmer, so I recommend it so far. I haven't been able to check if it actually keeps my coffee hot, but I'm sure it will.So I'm giving 5* for this item for now. But I think they should add a warning about not using foam padded mugs with it.Do not use a mug that has neoprene/foam pad on the bottom: mine melted to the unit and when I lifted my mug, it was stuck to my mug. It's likely that the foam pad was damp from cleaning the mug in the sink, but I'm not sure if that was why there was a problem. I was able to notice it quickly since I had just used the unit for the first time, so things didn't get bad. I was able to clean the surface of the unit with some isopropyl alcohol and it looks like new again.I'm disappointed because that is my favorite mug, but I will have to find a different flat bottom mug. It is proving challenging. I only like to drink coffee from ceramic which is hard to find and it's hard to find if a mug is flat on the bottom, since the bottom of a mug is rarely shown in sales pictures.

Inconsistent
Can’t figure out the controls so it often cuts off before heating my beverage

Perfect purchase & safe to use.
I like how hot the plate gets. I was worried that my thick ceramic mugs would be to thick for the plate to heat up but it works with them as well. I love that it automatically turns off when you remove your mug. Great safety feature!!

Hot or Warm Coffee?
If you want HOT coffee, make your coffee hotter, but if you want it to remain warm in between your sips, place your mug on this warmer. This warmer is a nice size for your desk, and it really does keep your coffee warm. The less coffee you have in your mug, the hotter your coffee. I noticed that with a full cup, my coffee wasn't as hot as I'd prefer, but it wasn't cold. I haven't used the low heat option, but that may be better for you if your teeth are sensative to hot drinks. Another thing I liked... If your mug is not in the correct place on the warmer, the light blinks until corrected. I loved that❤ I wish it could get hotter, but it does what it said it would, and I enjoyed my coffee without having to rewarm it.
