It works just fine for me!

I needed a way of directing an electrical cord downward instead of outward from a wall outlet for the sake of aesthetics. This right-angle adapter did the job perfectly. It is compact and low profile, which was just what I wanted for looks. I guess my only complaints was the cost. I thought it cost about twice what it should have. Still, I could find nothing like it in local stores, so I paid the price and am happy with the product. One star off for price.

It works well. Good for plugging power cord behind bookcase.

Fits great for outdoor lights

I bought this product to allow me to route the power cord to my outdoor tv. I did have to modify it slightly ...I used an angle grinder to remove the small tab that protrudes from the top of the device. But that took only seconds to accomplish, and as you can see in the photo it allows the cord to have a low enough profile to get the outlet cover to close properly.It was perfect for my application!

We bought an apple HomePod and the power adapter sticks straight out of the wall. It was pretty ugly in the kitchen, so I bought one of these and now the power adapter goes down the wall less conspicuously.

I had a lamp cord that when plugged in, stuck out from the wall in a high traffic area and was unsightly. This right angle plug allows the cord to hug the wall.
