Easy to use, very thick and durable. Very rough on blades if you plan to use with a cutter like Silhouette or Cricut.

I probably won't buy these again because I found a much better price, but these are better quality! I ran these through a laminator (even though it says no heat) and had no issues whatsoever. I also am still new at using a laminator...with the new sheets I have (better value for money of course) they don't adhere well before lamination so it's a little easy for the paper to get crinkled up when it's going through the laminator. These sheets are more expensive but much easier to use.

I bought these laminating sheets with the intent to use them to laminate stickers I make using my Cricut. When I first opened the package, the film was actually much thicker than I anticipated, which initially I was a bit worried about because I thought it would make the stickers inflexible. However, after giving it a chance, I actually like the thickness of the material. I have some really thin sparkle laminate film, which I was mentally comparing this product to. My sparkle laminate tends to crinkle and create bubbles very easily, and this film has given me no such issue, and I don’t anticipate that it ever will. The clarity of the film is very good in my opinion, and the colors of the stickers are still able to shine through. I always give the film a vigorous scraping with my Cricut scraper tools to make sure it is indeed adhered to the paper, and that I can achieve the utmost clarity. The reason I took off one star is because the Cricut does not cut through this film plus the sticker paper completely, which is a bit of a hassle. I use online labels matte inkjet sticker paper, which is a little like cardstock. I have to manually pop some of the stickers out of the paper when I take them off the mat, which takes me a few minutes extra because I have to be careful not to tear the sticker backing. The Cricut settings I use to cut is Poster board +. I’m not sure if I can go any “higher” than that. I’ll have to do some investigation. Also, another “beware” for Cricut users is that I have a lot of little scraps now because I have to constantly measure and cut these sheets to just fit inside the print and cut area, and not cover the scan lines or else the machine will not register the cut. However this is not a fault of the product itself, just something to be mindful of if you are using the Cricut. Overall, this is a great product. Thick, no bubbles, good adhesion, and lots of sheets give you a good value for your money.

I have a huge collection of posters and postcards that I wanted to preserve. First off the 12x17 is actually that size so I was able to make cuts to use one sheet for 3-4 things. I was also able to fold the sheet over to laminate both sides of my items. This was great for when I was too lazy to carry everything to Office Max and wait for them to measure and price and laminate everything. However, the quality of each individual sheet is a hit or miss. For some sheets, everything was perfect. For other sheets, the adhesion was just not there or the lamination left marks/air bubbles (I don’t know what they are actually) and you can clearly see them when the light hits or when viewing at a certain angle. I found you can’t just pull the lamination sheet off either as it will rip paper. There were also times where when I pulled back the cover sheet, if it even slightly went back on the lamination sheet again, it created marks/air bubble galore. I’m not sure if that means the cover sheets and lamination sheets just aren’t compatible with each other, which really defeats the purpose. I’m also not sure either if the material (eg matte or glossy) and ink of what you’re laminating factors into how well these sheets adhere. Overall they’re great for simple lamination if you’re too lazy to get them professionally done, but if you have some high end or moderately important thing that needs laminating I would not recommend these.
