Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I really love this product. It allows me to have all my devices in one place. The cords are no longer tangled. The wireless charging pad is very advanced. The dividers are very sturdy and can support my IPad Pro. I love the finish of the product.

Overall, a convenient charging station and organizer rack combination, but could be better in terms of charging output and build material.CHARGING: I was not able to get a 2.4A charging output after testing with the Ampere app. I tested each of the charging ports with different cables (with only one phone plugged in) and got a variable output reaching 1.21A, 3.9V maximum, sometimes falling to 0.6A. By comparison, with my Samsung fast charger, I get a fairly consistent 2.5 A, 4 V output. Between this product and my fast charger, the estimated charging time was about 25-30 minutes slower to charge from 25% to full for my device. Our devices usually take 1.5 to 2 hours to charge from 15% to full with this product.The product says that it has an output of 5V, 7A total, with each of the 5 charging ports labeled as 2.4A max output. It comes with a mix of short cables: 3 apple lightning, 2 micro USB, 1 type-C USB. The cables seem decent, and when plugged into my own Samsung fast charger are capable of fast charging at 2.5A, so I don't think they are a limting factor. It's probably the charging ports themselves that aren't performing as well as I would have liked. However, it's not a huge deal for us as we mainly use it to charge things overnight.As for the wireless charger, it seems to work fine with our Samsung S8 and iPhone 8, even through a slightly thick case, with a charging output that usually varies between 0.5A and 0.88A, 3.8V.It also has a decent length power cable along with a power switch and a little light indicator on the side.Material: Outside case is hard plastic made to look like wood (I knew this before I purchased. Just wanted to note that I would have liked actual wood / bamboo, but other similar products didn't include a wireless charging pad). The non slip strips work quite well when tilted until 45 degree angle, which I suppose helps in case it's accidentally bumped into. I don't like the TidyHome logo on the front but not a big deal.Size: Very compact and space efficient. There are 6 baffles and 10 slits you can fit them into, for a total of 5 slots for your devices. However be aware that if you place all the baffles, one of the spaces will be very tight and can only barely fit a slim phone with no case. I would have liked to have one more slit, so I could place all 6 baffles in evenly spaced with one slit empty in between.

Great customer service!Rating on appearance ONLY. I ordered the wood finish device and it doesn’t look like wood at all. It’s more orange and plastic. It’s just not appealing at all. Will be returning for an all black.

This is a great charging station. It holds my phone, ipad and watch, along with all the kids phones, and my new phone can use the wireless pad to charge. I have the wooden station which I believe is more sturdy than the plastic version. And even my kids friends with other type phones can use this station while they are visiting.

I bought this to replace another quick charge station I have. I originally bought a circular 6 port quick charge station and had to purchase the cords separately (both purchased on amazon). The counter looked clustered when several devices were hooked up. This definitely helps with getting things more organized and cleared. It was nice that this came with its own charge wires. However, I spent more on this 'upgrade' and it does not charge fast as our circular one. Slightly disappointing since I can't achieve the same speed of charge but this looks much nicer on our counter. Most likely will keep and continue to use.it's roughly 8 months since I purchase- device still chugging away- slightly annoyed with the company... well really annoyed or I wouldn't be writing this update...they WILL NOT STOP with the emails- they are asking me to remove my review or 'adjust' to a higher rating...reducing stars as this is starting to become my biggest purchase regret due to insistent emails I am getting from TIDYHOME

PROS : The adjustable slots are great. The compact design is nice. The variation of cords provided is very good. The length of the cords is excellent, not too long to be cumbersome and not too short to be unable to reach the various devices comfortably.CONS: The so-called wood grain looks fake, I will return for a different color. More importantly, though, the Qi charger does not connect/ charge. ( I checked it with multiple device that all use other Qi chargers with no problems.) That was one of the deciding features so definitely returning for an exchange.OVERALL : If I can get one that looks better and whose Qi charger works then I will update this to 5 stars as it is, mostly, as advertised and expected.UPDATE: After disconnecting everything then reconnecting it the charger appears to be working now so not sure what was not working but it doesn't change the ugly look of this faux wood furnish so it's still going back.

I love this one so much. This charging station is so nice and useful.All the cable come at just the right length.You can charge 6 devices at the same time.Worth it! Highly recommend to everyone!

I was so.o happy to recv this and all the cable chargers are a fast charge however the flat one that you just lay the phone on is very slow!! I have a Samsung S10 and a very thin case that works for every other past charging pad I've ever used! So wazzup with this piece of wood that is supposed to work but doesn't? Yes have made certain to sit it down on it just as is directed. I feel bummed that I may have to return this & maybe try a different brand?
