I’ve only tried today so don’t know long term effects but I can tell you I mixed this into ice coffee today with a splash of heavy cream and it was delish!!! I had more carbs than usual last night and this drink kept me in ketosis today regardless of the slip up. Will def be ordering more! Wish it wasn’t so expensive because I’d like to drink it more than once a day....

This is some really tasty stuff, and I noticed an immediate improvement when I used it. I could really see using this for kids if you want to use it therapeutically or as a replacement for breakfast if you need something quick to get some energy before work in the morning. If there's anything wrong with it, it might be that it's so tasty that you will want to drink more than you need to get into ketosis.

I have been taking Keto/os now for 13 days straight: Keto/os charged in the morning before exercise, and Keto/os No caffeine in the afternoon around 4pm. I really don't feel much diffferent in terms of energy or fucus, perhaps I am just naturally high energy already; nor have I seen any difference in my clothing sizes either. I bought my charged keto/os from another Pruvit distributor. I have to say this product is quite expensive for all its claims. I had mainly purchased the product in hopes of losing weight; I realize I will not lose weight from one day to the other, but was hoping, given the reviews, this would speed-up the buring of fat. Sadly, it doesn't work for me.I have always been a healthy person, watching what I eat and exercising 5-days a week. And now, I am ultra extra healthy, still working out harder than before to lose weigh, but the fat doesn't seem to budge. I do a power walk to a light jog in the morning for 1-hour (about 3.5-4 miles) 4 days a week. And, 3-days a week I lift light weights for muscle-5,7,10 lbs of wieght. One day a week in addition to jogging, I do hot yoga and on Friday's I go to regular yoga.I'm going to continue taking Keto/os for one month and will come back for an uptdate if there is any change. I'm giving the product 3 stars becuase I think it is a a good workout drink for those that need it. For me, Keto/os is like a cup of coffee get-go in the morning; but it has an icky taste. It tastes really nasty. I add 16ounces of water of iced water (the cold water seems to mask the ickiness) and chug it down, chasing it down with another 16ounces of pure water to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. I did not develop the so call keto flu; I do drink a minimum of 96 ouces to 1 gallon of water a day--7-days a week.For reference, I am going through perimenopause and have gained 20lbs, and I am unable to lose the fat that has developed around my midsection. I am not on a ketogenic diet. However, I eat very clean and watch what I eat. My diet is more like a cross betwen a Mediterranean and a semi-ketogenic one. Chest 38, waist 31, hips 38. I am 5"1' so this a lot of weight to carry for me. I've never been this big.

I tried this with water and with milk...it was awful. I did not feel even a bit of the advertised affects. Too expensive for an item that tastes so bad and doesn't work at all.

Tried it, didn't like it. I'm not sure I'd take a chance on another flavor, not for the money.

After reading some of the reviews about the taste I wasn't sure this would be for me. Wow, what were they talking about? This tastes great. Almond milk and ice then blend and you have a tasty shake. Even just water and blend tastes good. This also works just like they said it would. Seller packaged and delivered product in good time also.

It has decent taste & I enjoy drinking it. However, one packet was torn & some of the powder leaked out!

I have been on the Keto diet for a while but this stuff only works because it puts Keto's in your blood system but it does not last and does not work
