Horrible purchase
The temperature goes straight to 999 no matter where I adjust the knob. The pen tip starts glowing and emitting a burnt smell. The previous one I bought lasted me a good 3 years. This time I wanted to invest in a slightly more expensive one for a more professional finish. I'm highly disappointed. Never buy this product. It's completely useless.Unfortunately I was travelling when it got delivered to me or I would have returned it instantly.
