These Have Wool
I bought these because the item description clearly said that they are wool-free (I have a severe wool allergy). The lining does appear to be wool-free, but I guarantee you that the outer material has wool in it. The issue is that if you have the mitten-part open and you want to close it you have to touch the wool part to make that happen, which makes my fingertips itch. I gave them to a friend.

So soft on the inside!
These were the only cruelty-free (non-wool) mittens I could find, that have the thumb and fingers optionally free, and they are better than expected. The inside is so fuzzy, soft, and warm. I haven't had a problem at all with the thumb or button like others have stated. I don't use the button at all because most of the time I have the mittens on, and my thumbs stay nice and warm despite the little gap for the opening. They are also very easy to manipulate when I need to use my phone or anything else; the thumb and fingers come off and on effortlessly. I'm glad I got these instead of the popular "touchscreen" gloves.

Warm and fuzzy...
..and yet not itchy. These keep my hands warm in the coldest days of winter (temperatures hovering near zero, sometimes 10 degree celsius below) for over 30-40 min of being outside. They are easy to flip if one gets a bit warm and very convenient to adjust winter clothing on breezy cold days with the adjustable flap. The olive ones pilled a bit (and the contrasting color shows) after 3-4 years of use but I am hoping the light grey ones (a gift for someone, still in love with the olive mittens and refuse to let 'em go as they are still completely functional) will not have this problem.

Pretty knit. Cons
Pros: very warm and soft. Finger flaps actually cover my fingers. Pretty knit.Cons: thumb holes are literal holes and leave a gap even when the tips are covered. The middle of the mitten where the flap joins the palm is very thick. I knew these did not have grips but it is rather hard to hold onto things.Overall, they're ok and I will keep them.

Your thumbs will be cold!!
Pros:1. Really attractive pattern, and I like the way the button looks.2. Parts of the hand covered are warm—lining feels nice.Cons:1. No flap on the thumb. Your thumb will get cold!2. The loop to button back the hand flap has receded into the mitten. I could probably dig it out, but I doubt I would actually use it. Not easy to button.3. Not really a con, but just information—the dark gray is a very warm gray—almost leaning towards brown, so it doesn’t look as good with my black coat as I would have liked.

Wonderful, Warm and Affordable!
I have Raynaud's Syndrome and my hands, specifically my fingers, are nearly always cold. I like a fingerless glove as they allow me the freedom of motion and mobility, while helping to keep my hands warmer and my Raynaud's in check. They are wonderfully warm and cozy, the fleece lining makes them feel luxurious and soft against my skin. The mitten tops have a nice overlap when closed, to keep chilly air from infiltrating around the hand and do a great job of trapping warm air in next to your skin where it's needed. The tops stay back nicely when not in use and don't flap around or catch on things. These are my "Go To" gloves for cold weather!

Great with a big exception
These are lovely mittens. Except the loop to hold them fingerless is so teeny that even with messing around for over a minute I can barely get it to work. Not even elastic (and it would be hard if it was) So I will get some elastic and tie it around the teeny loop that is useless.I am a woman with some manual dexterity. Come on folks, make an elastic loop that is visible and big enough to be usefulIf you never want to stay open fingerless they are fine, but why buy convertible mittens??

please test
I was prepared to love them, they were delivered quickly. However the left hand glove has no hole to put my thumb in. I decided there had to be a way to MAKE them work since it is really cold here right now. I've tried various tools, but it is hopeless. I have struggled with them for the last time. The sad thing is now is when I need them, because even though I'min New Mexico, we occasionally have temperatures down to zero. The good thing, it doesn't last long. This is probably a rare occurrence, but the gloves should maybe be tested before mailed.

Exactly what I wanted 🧤
The media could not be loaded. I fell in love with these mittens as soon as I got them. Not only are these the cutest I've ever seen, they are VERY warm. The fact that they are fingerless mittens makes them a breeze to take off compared to fingerless gloves. As you can see from my pictures, the inside fabric is thick and very soft and I love that I can slide my thumb out of the gloves through a thumb hole. As a general rule, fingerless gloves have your thumb completely covered and if you want to access your thumb, you have to remove the entire glove. But with these, I won't have this issue anymore. In my opinion, the only downside to these is that they are a bit expensive for what they are. But now that I've seen and worn them, I honestly think they are worth it. Great purchase. Would recommend. If my review was helpful let me know by clicking on the ''Helpful'' button :) 👍🏻

Calientitos
De buena calidad y calientitos. Aunque llegaron en el tiempo que se esperaba, lástima que ya no los alcancé a usar para este invierno. Pero definitivamente sí era lo que esperaba. Hasta mejor. :)
