It helps
This cream helps. I have very dry hands and my fingertips get so dry that is painful to touch them. This cream has helped me tremendously.

Just an ordinary "lotion"
It does say LOTION, but there are thicker lotions. I expected more thicker type from the appearance of the tube and the fact that it's very difficult to get. I don't know what is so special about it.

Heals my dry cuticles with daily use
Pretty amazing! The borage and omega 6’s within make this formula super effective. I keep one in my car no one at the sink - I’ve had a lifelong habit of trying to maintain my dry cuticles (by picking) and this lotion has been the thing to help me quit that habit! The skin was able to heal back and it has made me feel like I’m taking good care of my hands vs hurting them! I know that may sound strange, but, I write this for those of you who can relate. Best lotion for extremely dry sensitive skin, no alcohol so it does not burn. Non-greasy, great for mild dermatitis, keeps my working hands smooth. Put it on before bed for max benefits.
