All cameras seem to be fine. Box seems to work ok. Quality of picture is ok. The mouse that came with the item does not work. When i tried to contact the seller there was no answer. They rang me back later and aranged for a new mouse to be sent out straight away. Fantastic customer service.

Had a slight issue with one of the power plugs but easy sorted as I had spares. Good value cctv system and clear pictures

Set up was easier than I thought it would be. Great connection speed with the ethernet cable and connection to the mobile app. This is a really good set up for a budget home/office security with onsite data storage. However you have to be careful of where you keep the DVR as you don't want it to be stolen with the footage. I would definitely recommend this product as I have been using it for months without any issues and about to order one for a friend.

I have been using this CCTV for almost 8 months now. To start I must admit that the supplier has been very supportive but there is only so much they can do. They even arranged an update for the system to try and sort out the issues. Now the issues that I face and am not happy about. 1. The system does not record the audio on the selected channel. It will give the Audio on the live stream through CCTV HDMI Port but will not record the audio, so any playback or downloads will be without Audio. 2. The downloaded Videos are squashed from the sides and playback has to be in an app that allows to change the Aspect ratio. If I need to provide the video to the police or someone it has to be recompiled in a Video Editor by changing the size of the video. Sample image uploaded in the review. CONCLUSION: If all you need is to view the recording on the TV and do not need any audio recording on your video then it is good value for money, otherwise not recommended. UPDATE: While extracting footage from the device yesterday, I discovered that the squashed video issue seems to be with cameras that are marked as 1080-AHD while the old cameras marked as 960H have the footage as normal no squeezing from the sides.

Great value for money!! Picture is very clear no problems in set up as I'm not tech savy I was worried. The installation of the cameras was very straight forward and I was able to do all this by myself so no extra cost for installation which means they are even more Great value for money!! Definitely recommend these

The thing I don’t like is the vibration hum of the box. It’s in the lounge and annoying

If your looking for wireless this is not for you I was under the impression there was a server as they are wired. Not the case I was also under the impression they was wireless so u can imagine my disappointment when opened. I complained and got no response. Very poor

We bought this kit for our paranormal Investigation team. Fantastic basic pack. Need to get another one. 👻👻
