Router UPS 12V-2.5A

This is a good product and worked perfectly at first. It easily provides around 3 hours of backup, which is very useful during power cuts. However, it suddenly stopped working after some time. Since it was under warranty, I contacted the service centre. I really appreciate their quick response — they replaced the faulty UPS at my doorstep without any hassle. Overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the service support.

I am using the product since last 4+ years. Absolutely no problem. Working Fine. Keeps WIFI on always. Swithover speed is instant. Battery is still running on.

This is my second purchase of the 12V, 3A UPS—and once again, it’s exceeded expectations. Have had three of these in two different locations. Two, bought in March 2023, for a mesh setup in one apartment where power outages are rare. These are now unusable - they no longer retain charge - after having performed well when needed. And the other, bought in January 2022, hooked up to the Jio Fiber router in another house where powercuts are significantly more frequent. This one continues to work flawlessly. In both these locations, main power backup comes on in under 2 to 5 minutes typically, and only in rare cases, such as maintenance or natural calamity, main/backup power takes longer to be restored. In both locations, these have performed admirably well and as advertised. They are reliable tertiary power source for uninterrupted WiFi. Yet, the longevity of the product appears to be inversely affected by how frequently they are in 'actual' use. As described, it would appear, more frequent the power supply interruption (thus given a chance to discharge its battery) the longer they last. This may seem counter-intuitive, but I guess science often is. Unless, of course, the later batch was also of inferior quality. So, if you're in the market for this specific product (or something similar), to make them last longer, consider manually letting it discharge its battery, in case you don't get too many power cuts in your locality. Or, consider getting an equivalent product marketed under the R******e brand (I have no reason to explicitly call out another brand in this review), of which I've had one for five years now that continuous to function fuss-free in the same usage condition that rendered two of my Cuzors useless.

Highly satisfied with the backup and performance. Even with 3-4 hours Electricity disturbances, didn't realise any issues and must have product for wifi.

I have been using this with a Jio router for almost a year and it worked perfectly. I really appreciate its compact form factor and reliability. The battery backup and switchover speed are excellent, you don’t notice anything during power cuts. Just plug it in and forget about it.
