My first order, the turntable wouldn’t stop beeping and the remote stopped working. Returned it and had a replacement ordered. That one was also defective. The remote stopped working again!

The media could not be loaded. We just installed it today and it seems to work very well. However, you NEED to be aware that in order to control the functions you HAVE to have the remote control within twelve inches of the unit. I am in a wheelchair and the closest I can get to it three feet and it will NOT respond to the remote control unless you hold the remote control right next to it. VERY disheartening! There isn’t anything between the remote control and the turn table to interfere with the signal. It’s just very weak. I put a brand new set of batteries in the remote control hoping that the batteries I initially installed weren’t good. Nope, it’s not the batteries as I even put the batteries in a battery tester for verification. Honestly, it’s really not that difficult to manufacture a remote controller that can send a signal more than two feet? I intend on trying to communicate with the seller in hopes that I just received a defective remote controller.
