Rug
This is the second rug I’ve had like this. The durability of this product is not as good as the first one. If it last one or more season I feel it is a good product.

They Work!
We used a runner on our back patio stairs. We live in upstate NY and get a good amount of snow. These totally worked. The only thing is that they would move too much. So we put blocks down the side. The best way to clean snow off is with a broom. It was pretty easy and non slip for our dogs.

Works ok
So this is basically the coconut liner stuff you use for planters it comes rolled up which is kind of a pain but probably unavoidable it doesn’t work well until it gets wet and freezes to the ground but it definitely helps for my slippery step

Do Not Use on Dry Surfaces
I purchased the carpet to provide traction for my dog that goes out via my back deck, which gets slippery when wet and ices over due to being on the North side. Until the package arrived, I did not know that it is ONLY for use on top of snow and ice and should not be left outside and kept in a "dry place" This should be noted on the offer page.

Great Product
One of the best products I buy every winter for my front stairs. Since I have wooden stairs I staple it down. The piece is long enough to also have it in front of my door. Prevents stepping on ice, etc.

Made my back wood steps safe
I like the fact that you can cut fiber to fit the size you need. I can pick it up and shake it off and put back in place very easy. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Product is not as stable as indicated
When I went to unroll the product there were two holes in the top already and the rug wasn't heavily knitted together. When I grabbed the roll to take it out of the box my fingers went right thru the edge. This is not a product that would stand up to snow or wet and still stay stable. Too bad that it wasn't sturdy at all.

Seems to work well to prevent slipping, but there are usage issues that you should know.
Bought to place over wooden deck stairs after cleaning off ice and snow during winter months. Worked very well as long as I used spring clamps to prevent the runner from moving during periods of high winds. The runner is made with loosely bound stranded material, which easily pulls apart when the runner is picked up if stairs have frozen areas beneath runner. Recommend not trying to remove runner until outdoor temperatures have been above freezing for several days.
