Industry Standard In Vital Statistic Notebooks!!
What you will receive are 3, high-quality, vital statistic notebooks. The notebooks them selves have a thick cardboard front and back that are held together by a thick metal binder (not the cheap plastic ones that break or unwind themselves). Inside the front cover is a very useful set of scales (GCS and trauma scale) that will help you in the heat of the moment. Each page of the note book has a ton of space for pertinent details;Date/Time/LocationPatient InfoComplaint InfoVital SignsMedical HistoryMedicationsNotesTreatments/Drugs AdministeredMedical AssessmentAs emergency medical professionals we know how very important trending is and taking very good, detailed and informative notes can be to the success of our patients. This notebook makes our note taking job a piece of cake. It has everything you are going to need to remember on scene right there at your fingertips in a convenient, well-made notebook. If you are a first-aid provider, EMR, EMT or beyond...you need to pick up a pack of these. I have and they are a huge help on scene. The opinions I have expressed in this review are my own despite the gracious discount I received on them.

Way Better that Writting on Gloves!
I had gotten a pack of these as a gift when I first became an EMT and I still use them all the time. This notebook is great, way easier than writing on gloves. It is a bit long, but with wise it fits in your back pocket well. It has plenty of space for patient info and it is organized really well. I have found it useful for new EMTs as it helps them give a more concise radio report and turn over. I've had a couple of Doctors and RNs say that they really appreciated it when I gave them the paper after giving my report. I have started giving them out to the new guys at work and they love them. The GCS and Trauma Scale on the back of the front cover is really handy too!The sections are as fallows:Call Info (Date, Time, Run #, Etc.)Patient Info (Name, Sex, DOB, Age, Addrs, Etc.)Chief Complaint (Good Space for writing out)Vital Signs (Temp, Pulse, Resp.,BP,LOC, Eyes, Lungs, EKG)Medical History (Good Space for writing)MedicationsAllergiesOn the backNotesTreatmentsMedical Assesment

Great use them all the time.
Well as a professional EMT in a busy city I love this book. I give them to my trainees and it helps them get there flow down. I am able to hand this to a fire fighter to ask them to get all the information when my hands are full. These are truly a life saver when used properly.

Vitals notebook pros/cons
The notebooks are a great starting point and work for ideal situations. Having said that how often do ideal situations occur when responding to medical calls. The topics are divided and labeled well on each sheet, the vitals section however does not have a spot for eyes or lung sounds. If you draw lines in the boxes provided, you can make additional boxes for the missing fields, it just takes a while to go through each sheet. The paper is only slightly thinner than standard paper but any moisture, as with most paper, it starts to fall apart. All that aside these books are pretty awesome and although they're not the greatest for the remote or wilderness settings they do cover the majority of your sample history, vitals, and assessments. I would recommend these for responders and medical technicians in urban settings.

Best clinical notebooks
These books are perfect for my clinical rotations. They fit perfectly in the side pockets of my duty pants and are the perfect height so as not to stick out and not too short so they’re easy to grab when needed.I also use them on duty to jot down information from calls and I can’t think of anything that could be more handy, unless they made a page format specifically for Fire service calls that aren’t medical. All in all, I love these notebooks and plan to continue to use them throughout my career. Even after completely filling one notebook, which took longer than I expected given the number of pages, the notebook has held up extremely well. The included quick references are a nice touch as well.

EXCELLENT
These are great for starters. We are currently in clinicals and my husband and I both have horrible hand writing(but the nurses don't mind) We have a whole set of clinical paperwork to fill out with our patient assessment and these are what we use as soon as we get on scene and in the squad. You hand them to the receptionist when you run in and then work on your PT. asmnt paperwork at the counter. Fill in what was on this sheet when they give it back to you! Easy breezy!Would Recommend to a friend? YesConclusion: Excellent choice!I received this product at FULL PRICE. NO discount has influenced or impacted my judgment of this product. I take this seriously and my opinion and experience is my own, which I share AFTER I have tried the product and given ample time to see results and side effects. I am in no way required by the seller to leave positive remarks about their product. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.***Don’t rely on the Amazon star system alone, pay attention to WHY a person either liked or disliked a product. Many products can be used differently from the way the product was intended for.
