Has been helpful for me in separating my toes, are comfortable as can be, soft material. They have helped me with the pain I had been feeling. Comfortable enough to sleep in.

The bamboo is a nice medium weight. Well made socks. Be aware the toe separators are THICK. They really put space between your toes and can be uncomfortable or hurt as all socks of this particular type do. BUT, they help with my foot pain and take time for your foot to get used to. Wear them a little bit at a time and gradually increase.
