Broke my foot in two places and after surgery to have plates installed, this was great. I had to shower with my leg hanging out of the shower with a towel wrapped around for the first couple of days. That was also so tiring. This was water tight in the shower and worked great with a shower chair. The dressing stayed dry, and it lasted for as long as it took to get the stitches out and into a removable boot later on.

Works so well, no leaking, keep wound dry

I've had to use a cast cover for wounds on my foot and ankle for three months and counting. This is my fourth cast cover as I work to keep that area dry. It seemed as if the choice was either "hard to get on and off" or "get the foot wet". This one really fits the bill - easy to get on and off as well as keeping my foot and ankle dry. Also, I missed the opportunity to choose a size. It appears I took the default 'adult long' when I should have picked 'adult short'. There are other sizes, too. Don't miss this.

The problem I have is that I have thunder thighs. I bought the large hoping it would work and it does, however, I had to cut the top hole bigger in order to fit over knee incision. Works well and has to be tight in order to be water proof but always glad to take it off.

Fits pretty snugly on my leg, It does condensate on the inside but that probably me sweating lol. Worked as expected. Seems pretty durable.

Really good for my showers after knee surgery

Bought a kid’s size medium for my 12 year old, after he broke his ankle and ended up in a cast to his knee. Not a good seal at all. When we took it off after he showered, his cast was wet. I do not recommend at all.
