I love dress it up buttons and I have bought thousands of them. These are sold as a group of 12 with a extra bonus pack of 1. I never received the bonus pack but called to inquire about that problem and they sent me a whole new set at no cost! Also, the buttons pictured are not what comes in the set. A few of them came but some are buttons I've never seen before, hot air balloons, for example. Was very happy with the extra set though.

Returned item could not use any packs, all different themes nothing like pictured in ad.

Good assortment and great quality. They were a very good value for what I received and they were shipped promptly.

I ordered these because of the assortment. What I received was not what was pictured. Only received 1 pkg of what was in the description and doubles of 2 pkgs that I cant use. Also advertised an extra pkg but that wasn't there either. Not a happy customer

I ordered these basically for the animals, bugs and the birds pictured. If you notice there are 13 packs in picture and the description states 12 packs and a free one. I got 12, NO free one and I ended up with some ugly non useable hot air balloons and NO BUGS, NO BIRDS. I do like this brand and use them frequently. But, so much for saving money buying online. Now I have to drive back to Joann's and buy the ones I wanted as pictured. Frustrated. They could make it right by sending the bugs and birds. I'll send back the balloons.
