Easy to use. Works well. My mushroom tube was broken from delivery but I reached out to the company and they delivered a new one with no problems. Very nice person and took care of everything. I would highly recommend this product.

I have tried 3 different high frequency wands. This company, by far, has the very best one! It is very well made, and powerful. I have used it on my face, and even to speed up wound healing. It works very well. I highly recommend this wand. Customer service is very responsive and helpful if you have any questions or need help.

I purchased this product and was loving the results with using it daily on my face and hairline. It abruptly stopped working, but I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful/quick, and sent me a replacement! So impressed when a business stands behind their product. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful product! When we received it one of the attachments were broken. When we contacted customers service, they rectified the problem quickly and sent a replacement attachment in a few days!!!

The product works great, but mine stopped working one month after and now the return or exchange window is closed. Unimpressed.

This would be a food product if the glass weren’t so fragile. It seems like the slightest movement would cause it to shatter. My confidence in this item is very low, and doesn’t seem to be worth the money.***Edited to add ***4 stars for customer service
