Worked up to taking 6 per day as was recommened. Funniest thing. I am now taking half of my "prescription" thyroid medication. Wonder if taking the Adrenal and the Thyroid supplement could possibly be helping???

Great supplement

We’ve been using Ancestral Supplements for over 3 years, starting with their liver, bone and marrow supplements, which have made a huge positive impact on our family’s health. We all need a boost of minerals. It is nice to purchase them from a company and know you are getting authentic and clean ingredients, organic in nature so your body can use them.

This is different than other electrolytes that I have tried in that my body responded in a more timely way. After I have used these for a few months I'll update my review.

Good but having a hard time getting over the smell of it.

Great, high quality mineral supplement. Instructs to slowly build to recommend dose but benefits can be noticed right from the start.

I was super excited to take these, and started working my way up to 6. On the night I went from taking 3 to 4, I had a severe allergic reaction. I’m assuming it was from the bee pollen? Super bummed that I can’t take them!
