Ancestral Minerals

It has definitely helped with my sleep and restless legs.

I have tried so many different electrolyte powders, drinks, etc but nothing compares to these capsules. I have Hashimotos and I’ve actually felt a difference since starting these. I’m on my second bottle and absolutely have more energy, less brain fog and overall well being. It took about 2 weeks and I’ve been consistent. 6 capsules a day may seem like a lot but they’re easy to swallow and it’s just a matter of making a habit of taking 1 with each glass of water. Honestly, I average 3 to 5 a day and that has done wonders for me. I know everyone is different but Ancestral Minerals has helped me more than all of my myriad of supplements combined. I believe minerals are often overlooked but with our food supply being depleted, they are absolutely essential. I did wait quite some time to write this review so I could have time to make sure they were really working and give an honest opinion. I also love that they are from a small business and I hope they never change.

Doesn’t have a bad taste, but noticed every time I consumed them I was less thirsty, electrolytes worked

I was taking both the minerals and the beef liver for about a month and I really thought the beef liver was what was helping me and I am sure it was, but when I stopped taking the minerals I realized they were also doing me a lot of good. My moods were terrible and my energy level was incredibly low. I got back on them and felt much better. Also I gave the minerals and beef liver to my husband and he noticed very quickly he had more energy and overall felt better.

This was making me sick at first and I was taking less than what they recommended. I just had to start taking only one tab a day and my body I guess has gotten used to it so now I take 2 a day, I just make sure to eat something with it just in case. I have been feeling healthier, but I also take other vitamins so I can't really say if it's just because of this. Also, the pills are larger than I thought they would be, in case anyone is wondering.

Repeat purchase I do however empty the capsules. I do that with all the Ancestral. I haven’t had the best of luck taking as is. With out going into the long story the just of it… as many as you have to take and times that by several bottles of this brand I do not personally trust the capsules for the reason I empty them just prior to taking. No issues since. My husband and dog also use this brand

Amazing product! Along with the Ancestral Kidney I have way more energy and clarity!!! Ancestral Supplements have been a God send!

Our son works out vigorously and these help him. He keeps them in his gym bag. We try to keep a stock of Ancestral Supplements for our family on hand because we know they’re authentic and they work!
