Surprisingly sharp, works well
A great tool for making multiple decorations out of fruit with thick rinds. I use mine for watermelon and it leaves a really sharp looking saw tooth design. Seems well made with good quality metal.

Amazing gadget for garnishing
Anyone who is interested in professional grade fruit platers should get this- it takes you very few minutes and your guests cannot stop talking about it. This comes from someone that is completely novice to this but loves a great food representation- after all we eat with our eyes first. It is built with the highest quality. I will be ordering from this company other kitchen gadgets going forward. The precise German engineering is on display in this tool. This tool will last me a long time. I have never used a tool like this but wanted to get into fruit carving. After many different videos and many different reviews, I decided to choose this one and it is amazing. Easy to handle easy to use and very sharp
