I love this bag, it has a good quality feel to it. The zippers are large with good pull tabs that haven't gotten stuck or off track once. It comes stocked with a decent variety of supplies, but also has enough extra room and pockets for additions and customization. Its comfortable to carry even after additional weight has been added. It is an overall great purchase.

We ordered this bag to serve as the travelling medical bag for a youth basketball team. The bag is easy to carry and has room for plenty of ice packs, band-aids, and splints. The accessories that come with the bag may be overkill for what we need, but who knows...better to have more than we need than less so we are keeping all that too. Shipping was very fast and everything was well packaged. If we need another bag...I will order another from Lightning X!

This is a non paid review and I absolutely love this product and company. I am one of 5 siblings, all very active and athletic with medical backgrounds (doctors to lifeguards). I bought one for each of my siblings because I have yet to find a complete kit with that has so much stuff, in a quality bag, and at such a good price. You may need to ad a few items depending on your needs but the company is awesome and I will continue to stand by this product.

Med kit for my Jeep/Home. I’m a former EMT 2. Bought some stuff it was missing (BP cuff, Quick-Klot, curlex, SAM splints, chest seals, cervical collar, decompression needles, CPR masks, ect), but a pretty good basic kit.

I ordered this kit to carry in my car. It's a perfect size and comes with a good variety of supplies. This is definitely a good base to start as your emergency bag.

I wanted a great First Aid kit that was all inclusive, so I bought what looked like one of the best. I guess, I really did not need a stethoscope or blood pressure cuff. Wanted more bandages for gashes, more elastic bandages and cuffs for sprains…this was not the kit for average household

an excellent kit for our church trauma kit for all activities. Provides basic first aid supplies and we stocked it with more advanced items to make it a "real" trauma kit.
