This is to separate the label from the sticky back. It is so easy to use and helps so much! So much better than trying to pry it apart with a fingernail!

Very useful product, especially on very thin tapes (1/4” and 3/8”). The wider tapes (1/2” and up) have their backing split in the middle, so they snap right off in 2 pieces. I’m specifically thinking of Dymo tapes, but I believe that the Brother tapes are similar. For the thin tapes, a tool like this comes in handy when trying to remove the backing.

Works well for separating label from adhesive backing.

I use to have one of these sticks for separating the tape for my label maker but can't find it. I have bad joints in my hands and it is very difficult to peel the backing off of my tapes. This little tool will certainly help make that job a lot easier now.
