Q: I’ve been following the directions, after only one week i have tiny spots on the inside base. might be the hard water here. how do i get rid of them

I put as much vinegar as needed to cover the hard water lime spots. Leave it for 15-20 minutes then discard and rinse. It'll look like new! I love my Harriet kettle, have had it for several months.

Q: The thermometer came apart today when I was pulling the lid off. Is there any way I can obtain a replacement lid?

Our thermometer came off too. I contacted Harriet hoping they would send a replacement lid/thermometer and they sent me an entire new kettle. I was extremely impressed with Harriet.
