Good product!
I have been on an SCD diet since 2011 and know that there are specific deficiencies while on the diet. This is the perfect supplement for those on an SCD diet. Love that it is just a few capsules/day and I am covered. Thank you!

Only vitamins I will take
Been using these for years. These are one of the only vitamins I will take as very trustworthy manufacturer for those of us on the SCD.the expiration date is long enough to be able to take all these. They can be alittle brittle so you don't want to drop the bottle on kitchen tile like I have in the past. Since no illegals, it isn't a slippery pill, but I have never had an issue taking any medication and is smaller than Centrum tablets.

Convenient SCD legal vitamins
While it's awesome to have SCD legal products, can we tone down the B-12? Do we really need over 4000%? It's weird having bright yellow pee all the time.

Helps my 7 year old's mood
We like these for my 7 year old. We give him half a pill a day. If we miss more than two days his behavior is much worse. This definitely helps even his mood.

Safe for IBS people
So far they seem to be working well. I have been taking them for only a few days, though.

Nail growth... but at what cost?
I was specifically interested in a multi that would help with my skin, hair and nail growth while giving me the essential vitamins that I lack due to IBD. I was thrilled to see there was a SCD compliant vitamin out there, so I ordered the larger bottle to be set for a while. After a couple weeks, I have noticed great nail growth with no more brittle ends. My hair also has a sheen to it, which is great. The only other positive thing I can say is the cost.... how great is the price for these? On to the negatives, unfortunately. I began to notice headaches midday after several days of taking these vitamins. At first I didn't pin it to the vitamin, but now I'm sure. After two weeks, I would skip an entire day of these vitamins... no headache. But if I'd resume with my 3/day, I'd get a headache. Today I've taken two thus far, and I have a headache. Having a headache every day is NOT ideal. I have no idea what's causing it.... I've successfully taken non SCD multivitamins in the past with no headache, and the vitamin make up is the same, with slightly different amounts and from different sources. The second problem is my skin. I have acne like crazy, which I didn't have before (I had pimples prior, but this new kind is different... large painful bumps...sorry if TMI!). My skin on my face looks greasy and the skin on my arms and legs looks parched, regardless of lotion. All I can think of is the biotin in this causing the acne... if you look it up, biotin has a bad side effect of this. Bummer! The third side effect is the sluggishness. I thought vitamins are supposed to give you more energy... but every day I drag myself through the hours. The tiredness hits about an hour after I take my first vitamin.Because of the headache troubles, acne and tiredness, I'm going to have to give this multivitamin up and resume a non SCD approved kind. There's too many cons to this brand, and I gave it three weeks to resolve. Sad it didn't work, because this is the only SCD multi out there.
