I purchased the floor heat system and immediately had trouble with the thermostat.After several emails to the company service center the thermostat was replaced and an email notifying me the thermostat is on the way came.Thank you

Good value don’t count on WiFi.
I couldn’t get the WiFi to connect but didn’t really need it anyway. Otherwise works great. Went back on here to get another one and this exact one wasn’t available, took me to a different more expensive model.

Works well - good bargain
Works well - but just like any product from any supplier, you need to check resistance, record resistance, monitor wire integrity with a continuity checker, and check often. Controller is nothing to write home about but it works just as it should and costs less than any other options out there. I’m happy with the install and it works well.

Great product
Love the warm tiles. Easy install. Temp sensor is too fat (thicker that the mortar bed) so I had to carve out a hole in the backer board underneath. Controller is hard to use (I’m a computer guy , so not a tech rookie) - touch screen doesn’t work well as the skimped on cost and got what they paid for.
