Have used a couple of companies for hard wax beads and this is probably the worst result from using this brand.Not very good at removing any type of hair & breaks too easily when pulling wax off.Disappointed in this product and won't be buying again.

Went along perfectly with my wax melt machine and I love the variety of colour. I would over order on these if that makes sense as it’s better to use to much wax than not enough. But they are very good quality and melt fast at a low temperature. They have little scent but I would say smell a bit plasticky.

Excellent price and quality

I'm not an experienced "waxer" and the instructions were simple to follow. The product came with 4 bags of hard wax pellets (different scents, each 2.5 oz) and the wax warmer. Once we got the wax warm enough, the waxing went fine. The product instructions basically say that the wax warmer takes 15 mins to melt the wax on high, then you turn the temp to medium to keep it warm, not too hot. We tried this for WAY more than 15 mins before I gave up and used the pot to melt it on the stove (on low). I returned it to the warmer and put it on medium, but it did not keep it warm enough to be workable. We leveled it out between medium & high (closer to medium). I still think it's a good value, I plan to keep it and practice my technique to get better at waxing.

I am throughly impressed with both the product and the company! I’ve bought several wax melters on Amazon, and bought this one as a quick, budget friendly replacement. The quality has amazed me! It came with several packs of wax, the paper rings to help keep your melter clean of melted wax, and even the sticks you need to use to apply the wax. The melter throughly melts my wax quickly! Additionally, the lid for my melter recently broke and I reached out to the company, and since they don’t sell replacements they offered to send me one despite it. They replied within minutes. I highly highly recommend.

The instructions where pretty easy to understand the only thing that was wrong with it, which was a major no no was the fact that It took off no hairs. I literally tried every different setting with the wax beads it came with and nothing. I have another wax machine and that one is able to take off my hairs easily this one not so much. When I used it for my face hair, i ended up breaking out the next day.

This product is quite simple to easy, it came with fairly detailed instructions! The wax melted a lot faster than I thought which is great. I would say the wax isn’t as strong of a pull but it does the job so I am very happy with the whole kit. If you are looking for a waxing kit heater this is definitely your best bet! Not only is it easy to use but for what you pay you are definitely getting the value of money!! Great purchase if you ask me! It’s quality while being inexpensive!
