These are pretty frames and great quality for what you pay for. We’ve bought a dozen Mikasa frames and they’ve been delivered without damage.

I bought these ahead of time for a project I had planned to do when time was available to complete - Schedule is crazy, but with shipping back log I wanted to make sure I had the frames available when I was ready to complete the project.When the frames came in I did check the glass to make sure it was not broken, but I did not completely unpack the corner edge packing until I was ready to complete my project . I have a couple of frames that had busted corners. Too late to return.Just make sure to check each one!

I bought 10 for a gallery wall. They hung perfectly and good quality. They are not metal they are wood with a gold liner. They are soft and dent easily. Some had to be returned.

I like the look of this frame. It’s definitely shiny and not a matte gold. I was surprised this was made of plastic and not metal. It doesn’t look cheap like plastic though.

I bought the 16"x16" size since it stated it was matted to 5"x7" or could do a 16"x16" photo without the mat. This is not true. The outside of the frame measures 16x16, but the inside/visible part is about 14.5x14.5. This doesn't work as I was going to use this to display a 16x16 diamond painting. The frame looks well made and high quality, but the size does not work for me and I have to return.

I Purchased 2 for my parents to put my son's HS Graduation picture & his BMT graduation picture. They are beautiful frames, however, one of them arrived broken. It may have happened during the shipping process because the staple holding one upper corner was broken where it enters the one side of the wood (whatever the material is). I was in a time crunch because my Father is in home hospice care so I used my common sense and found his Gorilla Glue and clamped together overnight. Fixed it and it looks just as good as the one that arrived undamaged. I probably would've returned it and purchased another one, but they look lovely matched. And the size makes the 8x10s really look beautiful. I would've given 5 stars if one had not have been damaged. The price can't be beat. I also purchased 2 matches of another brand--Isaac Jacobs--for my house that were far more expensive but these Mikasas are just as pretty.

These frames are well made and beautifully finished. They have nice mats and are very classy looking. I took away one star because there was a defect on one of the frames, but it is on the top so will not be noticed. I feel this is a great value for the price paid.

The frame is nice it’s just the wrong one and there is no way to contact Mikasa to get the right size frame, so I can either go through the process of returning it and then repurchase it and hope they send me the right size this time or just cut down the 16 x 16 picture I was going to put in the 16 x 16 frame I paid for and put it in the 12 x 14 frame they sent me. I gave it 3 stars because the frame is a nice frame just not the size frame I paid for.

Dimension was represented to hold a 16 x16 photo, but only held a 14 x 14.

It’s a beautiful frame and great price.
