A really good all rounder multi vitimin .... Great value for money in relation to the competition. Been using for just over a month and delighted so far. Will be ordering regularly.

Hard to know how effective these are, you certain can't notice any difference in the short term, but i use them as a "safety net" to fill any gaps in nutrition from regular food.

Good quality tablets containing a range of multivitamins.The tablets are quite big but are relatively easy to swallow.They have no strong taste to them.Have had no bad side effects from taking these.

It's a generous 120 tablets making it enough for a 4-month supply.The supplements contain pretty much most vitamins and minerals you might need. They contain between 50 to 100% of Nutrient Reference Value. So no crazy amounts of vitamins or minerals like in some supplements on the market which at best are eliminated or might cause some damage.The tablets are red and a little large but the daily dose is only one per day so that's manageable. The pack is currently priced at just over £11 which makes it an absolute bargain for 4 full months. Recommended.
