Melissa & Doug Sunny Patch Flex Octopus Sand Cultivator Tool

This is a perfect sandbox toy. Bought it for the two-year old, but the five year olds love it too. The two-year old always turns to the picture of an octopus in one of her books and is fascinated by octopuses and so loves this toy. Also bought the octopus pail and sifter, which was another big hit. Haven't had it long, but it seems pretty sturdy - love all things Melissa & Doug.

It's cute, but my daughter doesn't seem to like it any more than the cheapo dollar store sand toys, so not sure it was worth it.

Very nice sand toy. Heavy plastic.will withstand little ones, and not so little ones, using it. Much better quality than the sets of sand toys. Now, to remember to bring in home from the beach!

I've purchased so so many different toys, games, sand toys from these guys, and have never been disappointed. Their products are top notch and well worth the extra buck, that's if you want it to last.

This is a cute idea, but the plastic is so cheap. Unlike the other Sunny Patch sets, this one is made with a completely different material. Would not purchase again.

This sand rake is durable and my kids love using it in their sandbox. Not too much more to say than that :)

This is an all plastic rake style sand toy, which is not as advertised so I could only give 3 stars. It is a good value for what I paid ($3). My 18 month old loves it for sand play (we even use it for a homemade sand recipe I make when we can't go out to the park or beach). We have had it a few months. I hope it lasts us several years! I bought it b/c I thought it would last a few years being made with metal, but since it's not we'll see . . .
