Q: Are there two bottles in pack as specified, because I have ordered items that specified two or three and only got one (1)?

The pack that I purchased always had 2 ( I have these on auto ship).

Ingredients: Water (aqua), glycerin, glyceryl stearate SE, carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, seasmum indicum (sesame) seed oil, cetyl alcohol, dimethicone, ethylhexyl stearate, cetaryl alcohol, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, persea gratissima (avocado) oil, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba), seed oil(1), vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, aloe barbadensis leaf juice (1), camellia sinensis leaf extract (1), chamomilla recutita (marticaria) flower extract(1), cucumis sativus (cucumber) fruit extract, echinacea angustifolia extract, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower/leaf/stem extract(1), penthenol, tocopheryl acetate, allantoin, lecithin, polysorbate 60, potassium hydroxide, xanthan gum, alcohol(1), benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid, phenoxyethanol. Q: Has anyone had trouble opening the top? It spins and spins and the pump doesn't "pop up".

The quality of the pump seems to vary with the distributor. I've never had a problem with it not popping up. However, sometimes the pump part is already popped up and is making a mess of the whole order! Also, sometimes the stem of the pump is quite short and leaves a lot of the lotion at the bottom of the bottle. The lotion it self I like a lot. Hence I put up with these inconsistencies.
