Kids Bookrack with Three Cubbies and 2 Gray Bins

This bookrack is adorable!! Assembled this with my husband - probably best with two people. The directions aren’t difficult to follow and the pieces do have numbers (stickers on the edge of each one) even though others had mentioned theirs not having any. Took about a hour to put together, and I probably could’ve done it alone but easier with both of us for sure. For the money, I would definitely buy this again. It holds all of our son’s books and stuffed animals in the buckets. And I love that it comes with brackets to attach it to the wall for when he’s a bit older! Highly recommend!!

I have assembled tons of furniture and this is by far the WORST thing to assemble. HOWEVER, I would do it again because this bookcase is top notch. It’s high quality, extremely sturdy, and holds so many books. My son is obsessed with books and reading and he is able to store all of his books here and can see what all he has. We’ve had this for a few months and it’s been awhile since I made my review video so he’s bigger now and has no issue reaching the top shelf. I also love that there is the storage underneath. We keep puzzles, cars, and blocks down there. The shelves are deep enough to stack a few books which is nice. I added some pictures to show that. It sticks off of the wall a little bit, so you might lose some books back there if your kiddo likes to hide things. I also included a picture of the book case on its side during assembly. There’s really not much holding it until you get the side on and they kept falling over. Super frustrating. If you have someone to help you, it might not be as bad. Not reducing to 4 stars even though I hated assembly because the bookcase really is THAT good.

Once I figured out how to build this, I absolutely loved it! I was 8.5 months pregnant and built it by myself (I wouldn’t recommend). The instructions are a bit hard to understand at times but once you get through the shelves it all makes sense! Tried to Youtube the instructions but there is nothing online. I decided to paint it to match my son’s nursery and it worked out (I used chalk paint). Very sturdy, love the look and is easy to pick a book to read!

Really happy with this bookshelf with cubbies. It is a great size and good quality. It took me less than an hour to put it together and luckily all of my pieces were labeled. I will say I purchased the $5 11inch storage cubes from Target and they did not fit. But I was able to make these 13 inch rope baskets work. I would definitely purchase another one of these.

We have about 160 books in our collection (some not shown in photo either) and they just don't all fit. It was simple enough to put together, just make sure you are double checking which direction everything needs to be facing. Took me about an hour over two days. Also I was moving it forward a bit to plug something in behind it (a google home tucks away quite nicely behind it) and the front bar under the cubbies BROKE. I understand that I was scooting it versus lifting, but its also the only piece that is secured with dowel rods and nothing else. The build still seems plenty sturdy despite this cosmetic break. This is awesome and exactly what I was looking for. It looks great in my classroom. The blue boxes at the bottom are sturdy and match our school colors. It was a little hard to assemble and I had to get some help. All of the pieces had letters for easy follow but you will have to make sure you follow the steps closely. However, I gave it five stars because I love the outcome of the product. I would purchase this again, even with the difficulty of putting it together.

Good quality product. The bookshelf was packed safely and installation was simple as the parts were labelled accordingly.

Nice looking bookcase! Particle board, but has a quality look and feel to it. It took me 2 hrs and 15 mins to unpack and assemble. Instructions are very clear, no damaged pieces, all pre-drilled holes were aligned. Definitely a few tricky steps that required some patience, but managed to assemble this entirely on my own at 8 months pregnant, so really not that bad. Most importantly it’s the perfect size, height, and design for my 3 year old! ☺️

I spent a lot of time looking into different book shelves and ultimately decided to go for this one. While I love how it looks not that it’s built and how many books it holds, putting this thing together took forever and was an absolute nightmare. Whatever paint they used is not very great quality as it marks up if you even look at it the wrong way and pain chips off really easily, but the time I got it out together it looked like someone had taken a pencil and scribbled all over it. The next issue was the instructions, they are not great and confusing to try to figure out. Lastly following the instructions didn’t result in a straight forward assembly as the parts either weren’t labeled at all or they were labeled incorrectly. I fought so hard to put this thing together and I was pretty angry when I had to take half of it apart because things weren’t lining up no matter what I did. Thankfully things went a bit smoother after I figured out what was wrong but it took me way too many hours and too much frustration to get this darn thing put together. There was a point I was so frustrated that I almost took it apart and returned it. If my toddler didn’t love this shelf as much as he does and it didn’t look so nice now that it’s together I would have given zero stars. If you aren’t a fan of puzzles I wouldn’t recommend this item. I also think it is overpriced for the quality, I’ve built way cheaper stuff that had a nicer and more durable finish than this bookshelf.

Very cute & a great height for kids. Pretty easy to put together but it came damaged. The box came looking like it was thrown around the truck so of course the inside white pieces were scuffed & chipped in several places. The books cover most of the damage but for over $200, I’m unimpressed.
