Been using several new Creative Labs products, all have been a good value. They all sounds good and work well especially for their prices. These produce a great sound and are comfortable to wear for long periods even with glasses on. The sound is very good and they don't blast/blare in my ears like many others I have tried in the past. i have an issue with volume jumping when turning up or down using the knob on the headset itself like it goes from 10 volume to 50 or 100 all times it happens randomly too creative support even managed to get this problem to happen on there end is not windows 11 it happened on android too kept saying they had no replacement stock for this headset and gave the option Creative Chat USB ( i wouldn't have to pay any extra) Different product model ( would have to pay the difference no headset with the sxfi or was wired and had gaming feature was under 67.19 i paid the on the creative Canada site even older soundblasterx h6 was not available on there site Refund
