Could have a better stretch
They felt a bit stiffer than your ordinary rubber band. This may make them last longer and more durable but I have to do further testing. I was able to stretch the rubber band from its static position of 3.5 inches to 11 inches when the stretching stopped. I would say these rubber bands should provide satisfactory service.

size/type #64 - they work but was wishing they stretched further
Not as stretchy as I was hoping, had to eventually order a larger size to really get what I had in mind. These will get used eventually, but I still needed the larger size ones for manilla folder widths... which these are still too light to stretch that far. These are size/type #64 and the size/type #69 appear to be better sized for what I need.
