Not recomended
Printer works ok but Very difficult to print properly bcoz doesnt work with most softwares on computer.

Good thermal printer
It works very nice and efficient. For installation there wasn't clear cut instructions. To clarify to all of you, using it on phone or tablet pls download ESC pos app from Play Store and then connect with it. It works smooth and print is very quick in seconds

Got a warranty card with the support number mentioned on it and the services related to the printer and the installation bot are highly recommended as compared to any printer brand in this price range.I will recommend to go with this machine.
