Good sturdy pump. I recommend setting it on lowest to begin with then increase pressure after use as needed to sustain longer. A screw located under a backside plate allows you to do this. Makes a difference on how long this pump will last. This is my 4th one. I use it for mobile grooming.

We had an urgent need to replace the primary pump that pressurizes the water system for our off-grid cabin. The old one died and we didn't have time to rebuild. Fortunately we found this exacti-enough replacement on Amazon and immediately ordered it. It came with various fitting and operational accessories but the new one worked fine with our old pieces. It literally was plug and play as long as you have a basic knowledge of plumbing systems and DC electrics. This pump saved us a lot of money.

Bought this in July for my boat. Install was pretty straight forward as I was replacing a similar pump. Worked fantastic till about the first of September when it wouldn’t come on. I messed with it a little and finally got it to work but the flow and pressure were way down. 2 weeks later it locked up completely. Contacted Amazon to see about a replacement and they said sorry. Would definitely not recommend or buy again
