Simple Key, Key Fob and Key Fob Programmer for Select Nissan & Infiniti (Vehicle List B, 4 Button)

Written instructions disagreed with screens on product. Their very good tech support made up for this. Make sure your vehicle battery has a strong charge.Still beats the hell out of the $400 + dealer charge for this, plus the time and hassle to get it done. Good product just a little scary to do.

Quality and funtionality once working through the complicated setup procedure is great, but wow is it scary erasing your only key fob that you have to program the new fob. I watched the YouTube video and read through the instructions several times and still missed steps when I programmed my fob. Next, don't expect the YouTube instructions and the paper instructions that come with your fob to match. This makes the whole process more confusing and you need to blend instructions together to finally work through the programming process. The first time through neither my original fob or the new fob would work, you want to talk about panic mode! Well after reading through the instructions again and deciphering the video I was able to get the new fob to work and after working through the whole process over again I finally got both fobs to work. Can't believe that people find this so easy to do. If the instructions and video and the programmer matched it would truly be a simple process. Unfortunately that's not the case. Now that I've been through the programming process and had the fobs working for a couple of months I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Just don't expect the programming to be as simple as some people say it is. Must have been rocket scientists. Lol

So I felt a little misled by this product that’s why it’s only getting four stars, because I bought it thinking that I could program it myself to my car, little did I know in small letters it states that you have to have the master key; the main key for the car. So I didn’t have the main key that’s why I bought this product, luckily my local Nissan was able to program this key fob to my car, and the dealer had told me that had I gotten one from them, it would’ve cost $300 just for the key fob not even for the installation which would’ve been an extra $150. I basically ended up paying only $185 bucks which was pretty good.

I too was terrified to try this and erase all my keys, but it was actually really easy. I would give it 5 stars but key fob came with a dead battery. The step by step guide of the little machine did all the work. My only problem was the battery in the key fob that came with the programmer was dead. All other keys paired fine. I just changed out the battery and it programmed perfectly. Now I have 3 working keys. So if you can't get it to pair then try changing out the Battery.

Fairly easy to understand and program, my issue is the KeyFob that came with the programmer is faulty. Used the programmer twice on the same keyfob because I thought I had done something wrong because the car started locking over and over. Figured out that the lock button on the keyfob that was included is faulty causing the rest of the buttons to not work correctly. I sent the company a support request a week ago using the support link from the Orders page. Have not heard anything from the Car Keys Express. Will order a replacement fob from another company, hopefully it will work with the programmer.If the company reaches out to me with some support, I'd be happy to change this to a completely positive review...

I was hesitant to give this product a try after reading some of the reviews about others trying this product and essentially turning their cars into big paperweights and having to have the vehicles towed to the dealership. I read the instructions multiple times just to make sure I knew how to do it right. I watched the youtube video to make sure I knew how to orient the key (instructions do not say which side is top or bottom). The end opposite of the key fob is the top. I followed the directions step by step. The instructions did not inform me if I would have to re-program the original key fob first or if I could do it in any order. The person in the youtube video re-programmed the original keyfob first, so that is what I did.. I was able to program 3 key fobs with no issues, the box says you can do up to 4, but I only had 3.The product worked as advertised. I wish I would have known about this with a prior vehicle we bought used from a dealership. It only came with one key fob and when the wife lost that one, we had to call AAA to send a locksmith out and rekey the vehicle for us. If I would have known about this product before hand, I would have bought it and had a spare on hand. 5 out of 5 would definitely buy this again if the need should arise.

I followed the instructions on the programmer itself exactly like it asked, and worked perfectly. The one thing I suggest is if you buy other key fobs, they may not have the light indicator to see if they have been activated. I followed the same process to activate and had no issues. My orignial key only had the 4 buttons, and the one I received was a 5 button remote, but no issues, just activate based on the number of buttons that key fob has.Great value, simple to use. We'll see over time if there are any issues, but so far so good.
