Rating: (-1/5) I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying what can only be described as the worst flavor of whey protein I've ever encountered. The product in question is AS IT IS ATOM DOUBLE RICH CHOCLATE(DRC) FLAVOUR which promised great nutritional content and muscle-building benefits. But what’s the benefits if you are not able to drink it. From the moment I opened the container, a noxious and artificial aroma wafted out, immediately putting me on guard. The scent alone should have been an indicator of what was to come, but I decided to give it a chance, hoping it might taste better than it smelled. But, my hopes were dashed upon my first sip. The flavor can only be likened to a chemical mishmash that's gone terribly wrong. It's as if someone attempted to recreate a recognizable taste but ended up with an unpalatable mixture that defies categorization. The initial taste is shockingly bitter, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste that lingers far longer than it should. Mixing it with water, milk, or any other liquid doesn't seem to dilute the offensive flavor – it only amplifies it. Texture-wise, this protein powder doesn't fare much better. Even with thorough shaking or blending, it clumps up and refuses to dissolve properly, leaving an unappealing gritty texture that's both unpleasant to drink and difficult to stomach. Given the multitude of delicious whey protein flavors available on the market, subjecting oneself to this flavor is simply unnecessary torture. It's genuinely hard to understand how a product this unpalatable could even make it to store shelves, let alone remain there. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing this particular flavor of whey protein to steer clear. The nutritional benefits are simply not worth enduring the assault on your taste buds and your senses. There are countless other options out there that deliver both great taste and effective protein supplementation – don't waste your time, money, and taste buds on this abomination of a flavor. Your body and your palate deserve better.

I’ve tasted sweet things. I’ve had birthday cakes made entirely of frosting. I’ve had maple syrup straight from the bottle. But this protein powder? It’s on another level. To put this in perspective, let me tell you about my mom’s tea. Now, my mom doesn’t make tea—she summons it from the sugar dimension. Imagine taking a glass of sugar and accidentally dropping two teaspoons of tea into it. That’s her recipe. It’s so sweet, your lips stick together like they’re negotiating a peace treaty. And still, somehow, this protein powder makes that tea taste like black coffee. If you’ve ever said, “This could use a bit more sweetness,” this is your dream. For the rest of us... maybe mix it with kale and prayer. Otherwise a really good amount of protien at a really good price.

I thought the digestive enzymes is just a gimmick and way to advertise , but they are really really great and functional, never felt any bloating or something like it's not absorbing in my body ( high urine vol ) i drink ( 500ml milk + 1 scoop + 3-4 banana + sugar + ice + dry fruits ) at night after exercise and taking dinner. and it is just so light. i never felt that even after drinking ~750ml shake at once i will vomit , never. + in morning my stomach is empty ( good absorption ) amazing for beginners ( i am using whey protein for first time and thankful to my friend who recommended me this ) solubility - i use mixer , not shaker so no idea although just 1 small issue - it foams too much ( may be because i am using mixer ... )

Protein quality is best but I don’t like sweeter taste so I would prefer less.
