Had a hell of a job with my dad's fridge freezer. He refused to have a 'stand alone' freezer and the built in doors were warped so the freezer door wouldn't shut properly. It was costing a fortune in electricity and he had to go to hospital twice because his frozen dinners kept defrosting and refreshing.This magnetic device was the only one which allowed me to create a gap, slightly protruding out, so the out cupboard would shut properly.It's literally been a life saver, especially when you're dealing with a stubborn elderly person who didn't really understand the problem.Thank you so much!!

These are really poor quality. They’re a good idea and look nice but find another make. First packet I bought, the magnets broke off as I opened the packet. A replacement packet was just as bad. The magnets either break or fall out as they aren’t properly glued/welded in well enough to withstand the magnetic force. Even the screws supplied broke!! Yes broke! And I’m not the strongest person. But I am an experienced DIYer. The sticky pads aren’t strong enough on their own to keep the fixing in place without the screws. I had to move the fixings which left holes in my nicely newly painted doors and there’s several half screws left embedded underneath. Made a real mess and I had to take it all off to fill in the holes, re-sand and re-paint. What should’ve been a 10-min job in the end took 2 days! Nearly gave up on them. But after gluing in the magnets and using my own screws they’re finally in. Wish I’d bought something else. Save your money and time guys. Don’t risk your furniture with these.

It's a nice shaped product, and the magnet is reasonably strong. The adhesive initially felt good, but failed after a couple of days. It couldn't compete with the magnets. Use the screws!

The first one I tried one of these, the adhesive wouldn't stick, then the little magnet fell out! Very Poor quality.

Fitted all 4 to a larder door, they were not strong enough to hold the door in place
